He was very pleasant and professional. Not too chatty but didn't race out the door either. He was interested in saving me money, which I very much appreciated since I am on a fixed budget. All in all, a very positive experience, and he's first on my list to call next time.

He was here for several hours updating the wiring and adding safety features. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would be happy to use him again.

The job required two visits. Both individuals were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We reached several decision points during the course of the work, my options of which were explained thoroughly and clearly. Both individuals attempted to give me the most economic options while still maintaining the functionality that I desired.

It went well. He arrived on time (before I did), answered all of my questions. However, the outlet he installed was a single (not a double) outlet. I did not specify to him either a single or a double, but a double would have been better. The job was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to others!

Dave from The Electrician Inc. did a great job in assessing the electrical system in my house and found crackling in my circuit panel box, which was hazerdous. I recently moved in and he explained how to get switches and outlets working better together. He also is pleasant to work with and I will call again whenever I need his expertise.

It was great! Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently and also answered some other questions I had about other electrical items around our house. I'd hire him again without any hesitation. I was really impressed!

THE ELECTRICIANS: Prompt in showing up at time promised; efficient use of time; communicated what he had done and thanked me for giving them some more business; cleaned up cement dust and sawdust. It's so great to work with quality tradesmen and this company is a "best kept secret."

Provider arrived on time. I explained what I needed and was no issue. The provider did not have with him a switch that I wanted so I was able to run to store to get box while he worked on other issue. I returned as first issue was being wrapped up and installed switch that I provided. I was invoiced $5 for additional work which was completely reasonable! I would highly recommend this service and price!

Brett was awesome! He called back immediately, had a person in my area, and within 8 hours of calling the work was done and done well. I had a small electrical issue right after that, called him and he advised me on the matter, as a professional courtesy. He is very professional and responsive and i would trust him to do any electrical work in my home.

I used an Angie' List special deal coupon and couldn't be happier. I have used various electrical companies over the years but never found one that I liked so much. The electrician was very professional and helpful and he explained what he found wrong and what he did to fix each repair. I also like the fact that he had other appointments in Waunakee that day so gas was saved. The Electrician Inc. is who I will call for all my electrical needs in the future.

The company was very responsive. I had purchased a Groupon and they immediately contacted me to schedule an appointment. I waited for a few months, as it was not an urgent need. When I re-contacted them to see if by chance they could come out the next day, they were very accommodating Dave, the serviceman, was very nice and efficient. The only thing he could have done better was to better explain what he did as a safety check--which was what the Groupon covered. I was a little confused by the additional charge over the Groupon payment, and the company took some additional off the bill and acknowledged it was confusing. Overall, I was very pleased with the work.

Everything was great. The service provider was prompt, professional and ultra cautious. Quality of work is exactly what I wanted.

He was very timely and did excellent work. He came out right away and put up the lights that we wanted. He did some great problem solving with us because one of the lights didn't have any electrical wiring outside and we needed to have a switch. He helped us sort through what was the most logical and inexpensive way to have it put out.

This was the third time we've used the services of the ELECTRICIAN INC and they were excellent. Bo did first rate work as usual. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Brent(the owner) came out an did the assessment and was very thorough. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He was able to set up a quick appointment for an electrical issue that had to be addressed. Bo came out on another day to fix that issue and took care of some things that were pointed out in the assessment. All the work was done in a timely fashion. I would call them again for any other electrical issues.

Cory was prompt and courteous. Listened to what my needs were. Clarified my expectations before starting to work. He touched base throughout the time spent at my house keeping me up to date with the multiple tasks that he was completing. Very professional, dependable and supportive of accomplishing my needs.

Excellent Service! I would hire them again for electrical work. Brent was the one who worked on the issue I was having with an outside light fixture.

The guy was really great - informed me of any possible negatives of what I wanted done, I didn't think they'd be an issue so he went ahead with it. (Depending on the amount of power I'd need to use outside, I could have to flip the circuit breaker if I'm using too much energy in the living room at the same time as I'm using the power outside. Luckily, it's kind of an either/or for me - when I'm outside I don't have the TV on inside. He suggested that to avoid that if I'd be using power simultaneously in both places, he could come up through the basement, but that would require cutting through drywall...and I don't use both areas at the same time so why bother.) It took about an hour and a half, including the clean-up afterwards. He was really professional and explained things without being too technical but not making me feel stupid either.

Bo was great. He did all of the work we discussed beforehand and helped me decide the best next steps for the rest of the electrical work that the house needs.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. The person who came out had to go back to a home improvement store to get a part or something. He came back a couple of hours later so it took a while, but he finished it. I had to pay an extra $76.45 because it ended up taking more time than the deal specified.

During a recent home inspection, the inspector informed us that our Federal Pacific electrical breaker box was unsafe and should be replaced. We chose The Electrician Inc. because they had many good reviews on Angie's List and they did a great job for us. They gave us a fair price quote (the same amount the inspector told us to expect), explained everything they were going to do over the phone, showed up on time and completed the job in the given time frame. They were courteous and professional- I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. They were quick and courteous. I paid an additional $30 for parts. I paid a total of $99, including the Big Deal. They came out within two weeks after I purchased the deal. They were at my house today for a different job.

One of my ceiling hallway lights did not work so I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon for electrical services and scheduled an appointment. Cory, and electrician from the Electrician Inc, arrived at my condo exactly at the scheduled time. After a brief assessment, Cory realized that the light fixture could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. He told me to get a replacement fixture and call the office when it arrived. I was told my BIG DEAL coupon would be sufficient for the second visit for installation of the new fixture as long as I did not mind that the visit would need to be "squeezed in " between jobs. The original ceiling lights were discontinued so I was unable to replace my non-functioning light. So I ordered two similar ceiling lights (bright brass instead of antique and slightly smaller in dimensions). After I notified the Electrician Inc office staff that my new ceiling lights had arrived, arrangements were made for Cory to make a second visit. During this visit, Cory replaced the faulty ceiling light. Since the new and old light fixtures did not match, the plan was to replace both ceiling lights. However, when the second ceiling light was removed, we saw that the previous installer had left a hole in the ceiling drywall that had been covered up by old fixture and would show if the new smaller fixture was installed. Thus, the old fixture was reattached. Cory was wonderful to work with. He was very punctual, professional, and competent. He was very understanding about the unforseen problems we encountered. I was very satisfied with his service and work. The "Big Deal" offered by the Electrician, Inc was a terrific deal. I found an electrical service that I trust and saved a great deal of money. I highly recommend this company to others.

They were just great. They were very professional and very clear. They were careful in the way that they presented what they were going to do and listened well. They did a complete job which surpassed my expectations.
