The Electrician Inc

He was very courteous, he's a master electrician and he was careful, respectful, polite and he did a good job. My interactions with him were absolutely great and I would have him back again. I think I paid $163.84 and that's after the $130 credit. They came out on April 21st.

Electrician was very knowledgeable and explained how he was going to troubleshoot the matter and resolve. Since it was outside, I left to go to work while he fixed and finished. When I returned home, I inspected the work and was pleased that the electrician replaced the rotted wood the GFCI and box were attached to with a nice, new pole. I also had an unfinished room and bathroom build out in my lower level that I wanted to receive an estimate for electrical work. Adding outlets, light fixtures, exhaust fan, etc. The electrician made notes and worked with the owner and I received a fair quote within a day or two. I am still in the planning stage of this project and will consider The Electrician Inc for help on this project when I am ready.

Bo arrived right on time and was pleasant and professional. The job I hired him for, replacing a bathroom fan that was too noisy to use, went quickly and since he had some time remaining in the hour I had paid for (through an Angie's List Big Deal), I had him look at the fan in my other bathroom, which had been replaced less than a year ago but had stopped pulling air. He went up in the attic to investigate and discovered the cause of the problem: water condensation in the ducting due to it not being insulated. He told me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to, or offered the services of his company if I preferred to have them do it. This was very helpful and appreciated. I would definitely hire them again for any electrical work.

The Electrician has proved to be a phenomenal provider in terms of quality and customer service. I have had to call them twice recently for electrical needs that needed to be done quickly. Brent, the owner, did everything he could to get someone out there and when he wasn't able to, he came out himself. I'm so grateful for the Electrician making my electrical needs a priority in their extremely busy schedules. I would HIGHLY recommend The Electrician for any electrical needs. I know that they will always be my electrician moving forward!

It turned out to be a lot more expensive than we expected, it turned out they did more work than we expected as well. I think they did a fair amount of work for less than we would have paid any other electrician. The amount of stuff they told us we needed to do was surprising. If they were right, we got a good deal. I don't think they were lying about the work that needed to be done. They did a good job.

The person who scheduled the service call was very good about contacting me, arranging a day and time in advance and giving me a reminder about the call. The technician, Bo, was very friendly, polite and efficient. He got right to work and did not waste time. He was competent, knew what he was doing and provided me with exactly what I wanted.

The technician was very professional. The original wiring in my ceiling was done unsafely, and "The Electrician"s worker discovered the problem and figured out a way to undo the mess that the previous electricians had made. He also added a sub-panel to my breaker box, which had been overloaded previously. He kept in close touch with me by phone as he discovered new issues, and all the repairs were explained to me in detail. The work was all done very well, and he cleaned up completely when done.

Dave and Bo were great to work with. They were very responsive and called with questions before doing the work. The house was always clean after they were there. Bid was for 5 days of work but it actually took 6 due to difficulty of rewiring. they were able to add things in as needed and requested. We are very happy with all their hard work and will use them in the future as needed

The technician arrived on time and stayed well past the original appointment in order to make sure the wiring was safe and up to code. He helped me to understand the problems that he was addressing, and he was able to finish several extra, small tasks that we had not discussed when I made the appointment. I am extremely pleased with the attention my project was given, and I have already hired The Electrician twice since this original offering.

Brent was easy to work with. The electrician who did the work, Dave, was easy to work with, competent, and professional. We are happy with their work.

Dave was early and responsive to my requests. I knew that I had over 1 hour of work and it turned out that there was significant time into fixing the microwave outlet (had to be put on a new circuit). Dave called before performing the work to make sure I was ok with the added costs. He also fixed a few minor issues in my panel and gave me an assessment of my electrical panel situation.

He was so amazing, recommending troubleshooting suggestions. He offered to fit me into the schedule the next day I was elated. As it turned out it was an easy fix on my end, and I was able to call back and cancel the service call. He was so helpful and gracious. I will definitely use their services in the near future for any actual scheduled work.

During our recent move, the movers broken one of our dimmer switches. I tried to replace it myself but the wiring was quite confusing. I contacted Brent at The Electrician and he said that they were booked out until early April but that he would see if he could accommodate me sooner. He contacted me early the next week and he was able to come in two days. He arrived on time and replaced the switch. He also inspected the ceiling fan control and offered to help replace it at a future date. I was impressed with his professional approach and he was very willing to answer all of my questions. It was an excellent experience and I would use the service again and I would certainly recommend them.

They came on time, worked quickly- established that the original installation had (ahem) "irregularities not consistent with code", (which we suspected, based on other work done by previous owners) and installed a new line for us. This didn't take long, and cost less than I feared. We will use them again!

It was good. They scheduled it very promptly, came out, and got the job done. It took them a little longer to complete the job so there was an extra charge. The job was well done. The cleanup was fine. He got the job done in about 2-3 hours.

Electrician arrived early, was very friendly, identified projects, got started right away - investigated potential causes, identified problem, explained potential problems, gave his recommendations. Told me where to find replacement breaker. Very careful to keep area / path clean, clean up after project complete. Overall excellent job.

Excellent!!! Bo was wonderful. He even installed my new medicine cabinet and mirror. He also went out and got a different fan that would be suitable. The work was done promptly after I contacted the owner and described what I wanted done. Bo came the next day. He was here for about 7-8 hours and the whole job came under $900.00. I felt that was very reasonable!! Definitely would use them again for any electrical work I need done.

Great! The electrician was knowledgeable and quick. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. It was easy to schedule via email and easy to pay with online bill-pay.

The electrician called ahead to provide an arrival time, did the work in a friendly and efficient manner. No complaints.

My experience with The Electrician Inc. was nothing less than great. I contacted them via email about 8 p.m. on a Sunday night and they got back to me about an hour later with a reply. After a couple more emails and questions answered I had an appointment setup that Wednesday. The technician that showed up was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions. I still had some work to do myself before I was ready for them to install the needed electrical work. A time was setup for the following week when I was available and they showed up right on time and did the work in a very efficient manner. The total for the project came in under what they quoted, so that made me even more happy. I couldn't be happier with the results and have recommended them to others I know that need electrical work done .

It was good. I had them before and it seems like the guys that they send over always does a good job. They were punctual. They showed up on time. They are personable guys, you can talk to them. They talk to you, they don't talk down to you. They came shortly thereafter after I purchased the "Big Deal". I went above and beyond the price of the "Big Deal". They did one more hour work and they charged $75 an hour, plus tax and stuff and the material that they had to use.

They showed up when they said they would. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. One technician came to complete the work. He was able to complete thejob quickly in about 45 minutes. . We had called other electric companies and this price offered through the deal was great! They were very professional. Our experience with them turned out well.
