They got the job done in an hour and 15 minutes. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was good and I had no issues with them.

It went great. They covered my furniture and flooring. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were professional at all times, answered my questions and kept on working. Both my electrical boxes needed to be 'beefed' up to handle the ceiling fans. They had everything they needed to do that work, which I hadn't anticipated - but they clearly did.. I appreciated their efficiency and certainly the finished product.

My experience was fine. They showed up on time to do the work. It was all pretty easy.

I have used them twice. First time I bought the coupon and they installed a bathroom vent fan. He had a partner so I was charged extra, but it went faster and probably saved time/money in the end. Second time they moved some outlets/switches and it took all day. The work was performed as requested and the electrician was friendly and seemed efficient. I would recommend them for any electrical tasks.

This was the third time I had hired The Electrician. The first time Sean installed the necessary wiring for an underground sprinkler system. The second time Dave installed two sconces and lowered a pendant dining room fixture. Both of those jobs went well, as good as a very finicky obsessive compulsive perfectionist like myself could have hoped for. This third job was done by Bo and was far more extensive than the first two. Again, absolute perfection, total satisfaction. The Electrician appears from my vantage point to be a terrific company, well managed and staffed with excellent craftsmen. And here's a key point: the company and individual electricians follow their ratings on Angieslist and care deeply about performance. The electricians on staff are, in effect, competing to see who can provide clients with the best service as indicated by Angieslist ratings (hence, I mention them by name). Judging by my results, that's a good thing. I should also mention that The Electrician is easy to work with as far as scheduling etc. Diane runs the office and interacts with clients when it comes scheduling, payment and job details as they develop or change. Except for a phone conversation and a couple of emails with Brent to discuss the work and get a rough idea of cost, all my interaction has been via email with Diane. She's extremely good to work with, exceptionally competent. The invoicing and payment system is also very easy to use; I wish more small businesses would adopt it.

I have used The Electrician for multiple projects in my home and have had the same experience every time. Fair price, solid workmanship and a commitment to meet my needs through superior service. Brent and his team deliver on their promises - whether it is in providing an estimate, timing of the service appt or follow up on the work completed. I absolutely plan to continue using The Electrician for my electric service needs.

Bo was very helpful. I was having problems with chirping smoke detectors and he explained they need to be replaced every 8-10 years (I had no idea). He also fixed a malfunctioning porch light. He worked quickly in order to get multiple items done within his allotted hour of work. This is a great service provider - responsive, responsible and respectful.

The electrician called a few minutes ahead to let us know that he would be arriving on time. After uninstalling the old ceiling fan he inspected the wiring and installed the correct fixture box. He also had a blanket or sheet on the carpet while he was working. He was nice and asked a few questions during the install. Like which fan blade color do we want facing us, etc. We are happy with the work he did and would definitely hire them again. He even took the old fan with him as he left to put in our dumpster.

Both Brent and Dave were excellent to work with. The job turned out to be more time consuming than originally scheduled and Dave had to come back, but I appreciate the fact that he worked to standard and not to time. I would highly recommend and most definitely will use again.

We were very happy with his service. He was available. He mentioned the promotion so he was very candid. They were very diligent and were able to accomplish what we asked in a very short amount of time.

I switched all the thermostats for my baseboard heaters to programmable thermostats. But I incorrectly installed the thermostat for my bedroom and I no longer had any heat in that room. I called for an appointment and they scheduled the appointment for a week later. The two technicians were able to correctly install the thermostat and restore heat to the room. They were polite and efficient.

Gave us good options with price points and pros and cons.

We would recommend wholeheartedly The Electrician! They came on time, did a wonderful and precise job of hanging five light fixtures in our home, gave us regular updates as the work exceeded the hour we had purchased and followed up in a timely manner with the invoice for the extra time they needed to finish the job. A definte A+ experience and we would not hesitate to use them again!

The team at The Electrician was thorough, friendly, professional, and able to accomplish what we wanted in less time (lower cost) than expected. They asked lots of questions ahead of time, so the electrician arrived with a clear plan for performing the work. He was very friendly, and felt comfortable having him in the house. He was great with our two dogs, and I had purchased what I thought was the right J-block (goes under the light over vinyl siding), but wasn't, and he had an extra in the truck he was able to use instead. At the end of the project, he cleaned up the extra drywall dust so it looked perfect. I would definitely work with The Electrician again.

Great person to be on site - courteous, helpful (in recommending other reputable electricians - particularly when I was trying to get this done last minute... fortunately there were cancellations that allowed them to do the work next day), and very professional. Everything turned out great.

The projects we had were relatively straightforward, but there was absolutely no fuss, no up-selling, and nothing but getting the work done on time and on budget.
