Everything turned out well, and I had no problems with the service.

It was great. Brent was great and really listened to what we wanted and was willing to do as little or as much work as we wanted. We had a tough choice between Brent and another contractor. Both were similarly priced and were equally polite, kind, and helpful. The other contractor won out because they were slightly cheaper. Based on my experience, I think Brent would have done a wonderful job and that we would have really enjoyed working with him. I recommend The Electrician for any work that you want to get done and we will definitely consider them for future work that we want to get done.

We were in need of an electrician at the very last minute due to putting our home on the market. When I spoke with the owner he said he was booked up for the time we needed an electrician. However, he said to call him back in two days to see if he could see his way through to get to our work. He understood our plight and came through for us. The work was done in a professional manner and the workers were pleasant and did an excellent job. We were very, very satisfied and when we need an electrician in the future will call The Electrician.

This is the second time we have had Master Electrician Dave Gillen at our home. Dave is a real professional. He is always striving for perfection. I would highly recommend him and his company. Dave was scheduled at noon and arrived exactly on time. He goes out of way to make sure you are satisfied. Dave is a pleasure to talk to and let's you know exactly what the plan is. The light fixtures look great and he even replaced my door bell. Clean up was excellent. Next time I need electrical help, I will call The Electrician, Inc. in Mt. Horeb, WI.

I called Brent at 2:30 pm Friday of Labor Day Weekend. I couldn't have been more pleased. Brent was actually not able to do the repairs himself, but told us his father would be able to look at the issue. He trusted that his father, Rich was an excellent electrician, and that everything that he learned was from his dad. Rich made 2 trips out to take care of the repairs. The first night, he was unable to complete repair as the utility company needed to be called out to open the main breaker box. The next day (yes, Saturday!), Rich arrived at the property along with the utility company. He was able to pinpoint the problem, and fixed it in a very timely manner. We thought the price was very fair for time and repairs involved, and were extremely satisfied with Rich's professionalism and knowledge. It's not easy to find an electrician whom you can trust right off the bat, and we would not hesitate in recommending Brent and Rich. Thank you!!

It was great. They were nice and fixed my problem. I couldn’t see where one of my breakers had gone off so a bunch of my outlets were off. They showed me where the breaker was and put in a new line for my humidifier. They were on time and professsional.

He was polite, professional. He put cloths down to protect the wood floor, and booties over his shoes. He cleaned everything up after he was done.

It went well. All the work was done well and on time.

They responded quickly to my request and were able to schedule the appointment within two weeks. The two electricians arrived on time and were very professional. It was a little more complicated because they were installing ceiling fans where they were no existing fixtures. He did a great job explaining what they would need to do to complete the work. The results were excellent - I was very pleased with their work.

Excellent! I had them install a couple of ceiling fans and remove other light fixtures in June. They did such a great job that I asked them to come back for additional work. Again, they were very responsive and I was able to schedule the work quickly. The electrician was very professional and personable. We discussed the problem with the kitchen electricity. He did some tests and checked the fuse panel. He thought that the problem could be resolved by updating the switch. He completed the work in a couple of hours and did a great job explaining what he did. I will definitely call them again for any electrical work!

Dave was punctual and did a great job. Everything looks great and he did not leave any mess behind. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of an electrician.

He installed a ceiling fan that was a complex operation due to the fact it was very high up. We used a 6 foot extension on the fan/light. Some other wiring had to be done in order to get the correct control of the fixture.

The job was taken care of quickly and neatly.

First of all, Brent came out to our home to look over our project the day after we called him, which is almost unheard of. He did a very thorough assessment of our electrical service and made some suggestions but did not try to sell us on an overkill approach. His office scheduled us within one week. The crew Brent sent out was VERY professional. They did their work quickly and competently, cleaned up thoroughly, and politely answered all our questions. We couldn't have had a better experience. I HIGHY recommend The Electrician, Inc. and will have them install some new lighting in our living room next year.

Brent was wonderful. He is so very polite and has great expertise. After fixing the above described problem, I asked him about a few other things in the house that didn't seem to be working right (translation: things I didn't know how to work!!), and he kindly explained things to me, and even fixed a few without extra charge. He was so helpful that I offered him a tip, but he politely declined. I would hire him again in a minute, and I hope his company gives him a raise!!!
