It went very well, he was on time and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very prompt in contacting us once we purchased the "special offer". Courteous, got us on the schedule right away. Took approximately an hour to provide service, which was what was expected. Will use them for any further work we may need.

This is the second time I have used The Electrician and Chris was my installer both times. He does great work! He was on time both times and got the work done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using The Electrician for all of my electrician needs in the future.

Found the Electrician on Angie's list. Called to set up an appointment to get an estimate. He asked me to describe what I needed over the phone and gave me a rough estimate, which I found acceptable and then scheduled an appointment the following week. Electrician arrived on time. He was personable and respectful. Cleaned up after himself. I had them install and extra outlet in the kitchen and fix a circuit blowing issue I had going on in my new kitchen because of an overload of high energy using appliances. Who knew the Keurig uses more energy than the microwave, he was surprised too, thus why the fuse blew when I used them together. The the last project was adding a 120v outlet downstairs for the sauna we were installing. Happily surprised to find the final bill to come in lower than estimated. Got to love underpromising and overdelivering. :)

He was fantastic. He came out within a couple of weeks after I signed up for the Big Deal. The service did not cost more than the Big Deal purchase, but I had him do some extra stuff. He was very friendly, just went right to work, and did what was needed to be done. He was very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and what to look for. He tested my lamps to make sure they were wired right. The lamps are working superior. We will be doing some work next year and we plan on using him.

It went excellent. He was right on time listened to exactly what we wanted and then explained what he would do. He was moving the whole time he was here, definitely no lol-a-gagging going on. Cleaned up all the debris and asked if. We wantef used parts or if he should dispose.

Once again, the electricians @ The Electrician, Inc. came through for me. The vintage sconce box wiring was different but in good shape and Brian figured it out quickly and put them in place.

The basement repair company wanted me to hire an electrician to put in an outlet for a sump pump they would be installing. Once I purchased the Big Deal, I was contacted the same day. An electrician came to my house to determine what all needed to be done. Turns out a new breaker needed to be added to the circuit box, then a line run all the way across the basement to the area of sump pump. A GIF outlet also needed to be installed near the pump. I gave the electrician the basement company's phone number and the basement company the electrician's number. They took it from there and coordinated the electrician work with the basement work. A different electrician showed up to do the work and quickly determined what to do and did it - took about an hour and a quarter. He even put the outlet out from the wall a little way and maneuvered the cord so I could put a plywood wall over the exposed studs at some point. Very friendly and professional.

Terrific -- have scheduled an appointment for future services. My husband's comment: "They're beyond good."

It went extremely well. We were unable to proceed until The Electrician stepped in. Our initial call was made about 10AM; got a call back within the hour. Technician was at our house within 1-2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and do all the work immediately. He had the materials he needed in his truck and finished the project in the amount of time he had estimated. This company is great. Very customer service oriented. We were so impressed with the ability and professionalism of Chris and the whole company. We would call this company again and we will recommend it to all of our family and friends. The Electrician saved the day!!! I would have given A++ up above if it were an option.

I had used The Electrician, inc a couple other times through an Angie's List Big Deal. I had a good experience with them, so I sent an email to Brent with a request for a quote on the work I needed done. Brent emailed me back with the quote and then we arranged a time to have the work done via email. A technician came out to my house at the agreed upon time. As always, he was friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. The invoice was emailed to me and was exactly what I expected.

They came in and replaced 2 can lights and replaced a dimmer switch that hadn't worked for quite awhile.

Chris hung a couple of light fixtures, installed a cover on an empty box, and replaced a light switch. He probably could have done more in an hour, but we mainly wanted the light fixtures hung, and didn't have much else for him to do.

We were very happy with their work. We are going to use them again and I would recommend them to friends or family. Overall it was a great experience.

The Electrician has done a couple of jobs at my house. Several different technicians, all did great work. All friendly, and responsive. The Electrician has become my "go-to" company for electrical work.

It was pouring rain that day as well as lighting but Chris still showed up early which was a great start. He quickly installed all 3 indoor outlets I needed and since it was storming it was too dangerous to install the outdoor one I wanted. Instead, he graciously installed a chandelier I had instead so it worked out great. The company followed up right away to get my outdoor one installed and due to my own busy schedule I never got around to it. However, I plan to hire them to install some outdoor outlets for me before winter. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks!

We purchased a special through Angie's List. We are very happy with the results. They repaired a diy dimmer switch and installed the proper one. They even showed my husband what we did wrong and how to fix it. Very courteous and professional.

They did a great job. They came on time, were very courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and it was a reasonable price. Something didn't quite work with the fan, but I called them and they came back the next day and fixed it. I recommend them highly.

Contacted The Electrician Inc. to have them come do some service work. Received a message through Angie's List inbox asking me to contact them directly (Brent) with my information. Provided my information via email, as they requested. Followed that up the following day with a phone call to Brent, who told me he received my email and would call me back to schedule work. I never heard from them again, even after following up again via email.

Everything went well, and we were happy with the service. The electrician acted professionally and did a good job for a reasonable price.
