It went great! Brian was highly professional - punctual, quick to figure out what was wrong, finished the work quickly and it was cleanly done. He also replaced our garbage disposal switch, and fixed some three-way switches that were upside down.

Great job. He was hardworking and got the job done right. We will call him again this week for some more electrical work.

Here was the request thru Angie's List Project Description: We need to replace a doorbell. I one we have is perfectly good, however, we can't hear it in the back room and miss people at the door. We would like to replace what we have with one which has a wired extension which can be plugged into an outlet in another room. It's a small job but necessary. Results: The electrician came without a doorbell as requested. He looked up online what we could use as an extender to save money - which may or may not work; however, it was not what we requested. All was not lost as he addressed several other electrical issues we had which made the call worthwhile, except we still don't have a doorbell with extender which was the original request. Bo Miller was friendly, on time and willing to do whatever we asked - he just didn't come prepared with what was requested.

No other details except for the fact I requested Angie's List to clear the two entrees against my credit card.

Simple one, but I have used them before for bigger jobs and it always goes smoothly. Quality work.

Went great...they came out to the property, did a thorough inspection on what they thought was needed. Later that week I was emailed a detailed estimate for the work to be completed, along with a cost estimate of about $3,600. I scheduled the work. They arrived when I was told, did the work in a timely and professional manner, rough-patched all of the holes they had to cut in the walls (which were very minimal...I was expecting worse), and cleaned up after themselves. When I got the final bill, it was several hundred dollars less than the estimate was for.

I took advantage of a special deal this company was offering: $79.00 for the first hour of electrical work. Our service date was scheduled for about 2 weeks ahead. The technician, Bo, was right on time. I wanted to replace my outside light fixtures with new ones which have motion sensors, and also needed new wiring for a motion detector flood light to be added on the back of my house. The new wiring required some creativity as well as fishing for wire through abundant insulation, but Bo worked it out quickly. I needed a new photo eye for the post light outside and I switched out the old fixture for a new one. My wired door bell wasn't working. Bo installed a new chime that I bought. It has a nice bell sound that alerts me but doesn't bother my dogs. I am very happy with our improvements. I provided the new light fixtures as well as the doorbell, and paid for the photo eye and other materials necessary to complete the work. Still, I feel that the cost billed is reasonable. I enjoyed working with The Electrician Inc. throughout this process. Every person I dealt with was nice and easy going but professional and knowledgeable. Next time I have a project requiring an electrician I will contact them.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was good. They are a very good company so I have used them before, too. The cost was a big deal and they did a good job.

First let me say I love Angie's List. Every time I have used it I have been more than satisfied. Today The Electrician, Inc. in Mount Horeb, WI came to repair a very unique bathroom light fixture. I feared I was going to have to replace it, which would have been very costly because it is one of a pair. I would have had to replace both of them and probably paint too. He did such a great job! He left my house as clean as he found it. He helped me find the glass that goes in them. He was wonderful. He even did it all within the hour I had already paid for and it was not an easy job. I would highly recommend The Electrician, Inc.

Electrician arrived promptly and went straight to work. Very quick and efficient while also thorough. He was in between service calls so did not waste time. Identified another issue while fixing the polarity, but as he was between calls he was unable to address it and required a follow up service call. I have been too busy to reschedule the new call but they have followed up weekly trying to get that new service scheduled. Excellent follow through.

He was very courteous, professional and thorough. He missed the initial appointment but called and apologized and rescheduled. We would consider him for future work.

It went great. From the moment he walked in the door, without my asking, he took his shoes off and put them on and off every time he ran out to the truck. The electrician was very courteous, pleasant and immediately understood the problem, tested the wires at the fan/light first, hooked them up properly [which I didn't get right] and did the wiring the right way at the switches. It wasn't a tough problem, and went relatively fast, but from the time I called through the fixing of the problem, the company was very responsive, accommodating in scheduling, prompt in arriving, and the technician was pleasant while here. I highly recommend them.

We had a issue with our ceiling fan and they fixed it.

It turned out great! They reviewed our entire electrical system including the box and wires. They found we had a bad breaker. We wanted to make sure we had enough power for the house. We were satisfied with what they did. We had him swap out a light fixture, replace a breaker, and replace a light switch. The cost was less than what we were expecting and he did send us a quote for additional work.

Brian was on time, pleasant and experienced. He completed the work efficiently and safely. He was careful of carpets and took all packaging and litter with him. Excellent work.

Electrician fixed 4 things in kitchen and hallway. Some of the things he found, I didn't even know were electrical problems, i.e. a faulty switch for a garbage disposal. Also was able to solve the problem of a pull-chain fixture I had bought that turned out to be not up to code. He had a pull-chain fluorescent one that met code in the truck. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Lots of good information for future upgrades. This is my second job with this company. Very high quality, professional people. They are now my go-to company for any electrical work.
