Provider was running late for me - not a big deal - and he did call to keep me in the loop, however when he showed, he did a great job of moving and repairing some outlets and switches. He was very helpful, and very good overall.

It went very well. The four lighting fixtures were put in very quickly and efficiently. The exhaust fan was a little more complicated but we expected that. Cole was very professional and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. We would gladly use their services again if we need them.

On time and professional installation. This is the second time I have used The Electrician and very happy with their service.

We were in the midst of selling out old house and found out the breaker panel was defective and required replacement or it would be considered a material defect at sale/inspection. Brent and his team couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to work with. I believe it was Dave who originally came out (within just a couple of days) to give us the estimate for the work. We did have to call to follow up on the quote, as we didn't get it right away (probably because they are busy, as they are a great company).They got us on the schedule pretty quickly. Cole, the technician who came out to do the work, was professional, prompt, and did a great job. They handled getting the permit, having the power turned off/on, everything went seamlessly and was handled by Brent and Co, we hardly knew the work was being done except for letting them in the house. Hubby and I highly recommend them, and hope to work with them again on future projects in our new home.

It went well. He was on-time and he did a nice job repairing the few things that needed repair.

Corey helped me get a key to the house after just locking myself out. He was concerned about my predicament and drove me to someone who had a spare key. He turned down the tip offered by my friend. This took an extra half hour total. He was very congenial and respectful. At the time, I was stranded with no other alternatives, not knowing any of my new neighbors. When we got back and read the inspector specifications, he set right to work on the projects. The work was very efficient! He treated me as a very helpful friend. I am so grateful for HIs service. I will definitely call the Electrician Service for any other work that needs to be done.

When they identified our wiring as bad, we had them rewire the outlet for both the dryer and the washer. They were very friendly and professional. Both the owner and the man who did the work were nice to talk to, and seemed very experienced with what they were doing.

The electrician was friendly, easy-going and very knowledgeable. I liked that he pointed out potential issues and code violations. He wrote and emailed a report with the details and estimated costs. This is greatly appreciated since we recently purchased this home and have a long list of things that need to be done

Service was great. They were prompt, reliable, and were able to accomplish a lot of projects in a short period of time. We'd definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.

It went fine. The couple of jobs I had them do required more time. They didn't know that it was going to cost more until they go here.

After writing the review below this one, I was contacted by Brent the owner and the job was completed a day later. I've always believed that the measure of a truly good business is not how things perform on the day to day level although that is important as well, but how things perform under outlier circumstances. Those rare occasions where communication is disrupted or a detail incomplete is a part of our human existence. After Brent was made aware of our experience with his company and the outlier we represented, he contacted us, was apologetic, professional and the work was completed the same day. Such a load off my mind. Given his responsiveness and its follow up I do think that we were those folks that may have fallen through the cracks initially, but when that discovery was made, the situation was turned around completely and turned us from frustrated clients to people who would highly recommend Brent and his company. Thanks again Brent for the great response and turn around. We appreciate it greatly. Only sorry I couldn't edit the review.

Very professional, pleasant and efficient.

The work was done on time and exactly as promised. Excellent operation.

The provider arrived right on time, and was very courteous. My TV was not working, despite the attempts of several friends. The Electrician surveyed the situation and also tried all of the obvious things. Before I had called him, I had called Charter, but they found no obvious problem via distant testing. After studying both my "in home" wiring and hook-up, and the immediate outside, the Electrician could find no problems. He decided that the issue might be related to the line coming from the telephone (and other) line areas which eventually come over to my home. After calling the electric company, he climbed up the telephone and other line pole in the back. He found a problem, and, high up on the ladder, he fixed it! And, after that, my TV worked. This young man was very polite, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

He was careful around my furniture, left no mess, and was efficient and friendly.

We have an old house that has been only minimally updated over the past 80 years. Dave was very prompt- coming out just days after we contacted them. He spent a long time looking at the entire house and talking to me about what needed to be done and why. He sent a detailed estimate of the work that needs to be done and the cost. We are considering going with a contractor and having other work done while we get the electrical work done so we probably won't hire the Electrician to do the work. But, the information from the estimate is very helpful.

It was very good. I have no complaints. It was all fine. There was only one small additional charge besides the big deal. They did a great job.

He was great. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. He did install a couple of things. So there were some materials also included in the labor cost.

We had been looking to solve the problem of not hearing our front door doorbell because we couldn't hear it in the back room. The wireless unit wasn't working due to our old house's thick walls and because of a lack of crawl space, wiring was out of the question. The response from the company was quick and we had someone come out in good time. Our need and the problems the solution called for was not fully understood by the company (nor did we fully understand the problems in our initial request), so the first visit, Bo, the electrician on the job, was not able to provide something which would allow us to hear the bell in the back room. He did happily fix another wiring problem that we had and while here, researched a solution to our doorbell issue. Shortly after that visit, the owner of the company called to say he was sorry that the issue was not solved and assured us that he would make it right, while giving us a discount on the first visit. We are delighted to report that Bo returned and worked diligently to provide us with the solution and we now don't miss visitors at our front door. The company was responsive, always on time (keeping us appraised the day of the appointment when he would arrive), reasonably priced, extremely accommodating and very helpful and friendly!

excellent, reliable work; careful eye to ensuring costs kept under control

Bo, the electrician, was efficient and a friendly guy. Charge was reasonable and work was well done. Trenching was done with minimal damage to my lawn.

The electrician did great work. He seemed to know what he was doing and knew exactly what we wanted. We purchased a groupon deal for $79 for an hour of service, knowingly that we would have probably closer to an hour and a half or two hours worth of odds and ends we wanted done. It would have been nice if he was on the phone a bit less, as one point, he seemed to be on the phone for about 10 minutes without working at the same time. To the customer, all I see is the meter running. We did run into a small snaffu where the electrician was working in the basement and unplugged the chest freezer and dehumidifier. We have had the same freezer and dehumidifier running for over 8 years so we knew it was not us who unplugged it and laid it across the freezer. We didn't notice this for almost a week and lost all of the contents of our freezer and were left with a pretty nasty mess. The Owner, Brent, was very apologetic and took responsibility for the error, while the electrician and the service manager Dave tried to put the blame on us. Thankfully, we were able to work out the issue with Dave and Brent and were ultimately reimbursed for the cost of our freezer contents without any further issues. We provided them pictures and an itemized statement of all items that were lost in the incident. I would definitely have them back out to do work again. I understand mistakes can be made but it says a lot for Brent as the owner, and the company, that they were willing to take resposibility and replace the freezer items that were lost and to me, that shows a very upstanding person and company and someone I would do business with again.

Went great. The electrician arrived right on time, was courteous and efficient. He asked questions to make sure he was doing what I wanted and made a few helpful suggestions. The job was finished in under six hours, which was less time than I was expecting. Everything looks great. Very glad we decided to change out the fixtures and would use this company again if we needed anything else down the line.
