"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I ordered my drapes from Smith and Noble which has now been taken over by 3 day blinds. You cannot currently book installations. You have to give the scheduler a few options that work for you, and then wait for the install department to confirm your choice. I have been waiting for 10 days for someone to confirm my appointment and despite numerous follow up calls, I have not made any progress. I was told during one of these calls that There are currently no installers that work the area to hang the blinds up. No-one is able to help, and management don't return calls."

"Very disappointing experience. Severe disconnect between salesman and install; inaccurate representation. Poor quality workmanship, many mistakes. Communication hugely deficient. No contact with office staff other than Rick, Project Supervisor. Screen on sliding glass door poor quality, thin, several noted tears/holes. Asked for this to be replaced; replacement is poor quality work. Installed a faulty slider door (dent in frame and does not close/lock properly). Caulking around trim/panels inside room was done too quickly, sloppy, leaving gaps and cracks. PTAC unit is loose, not sealed as there is a gap along bottom of unit, allowing cold air and debris to blow in. Several concerns still not addressed. Submitted a lack of satisfaction to Champion and Marie Downes replied sorry for the inconvenience with our new "KITCHEN" and that she would look into it right away. Have not heard back in two months."
