They setup a potential time frame for work to be done and set up an agreed upon price. Actual repair was done prior to original date that was setup. "I called and left messages requesting information from three different deck installation companies. Tech Five was the only company that bothered to call me back and it was even within 24 hours. Nick and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Nick came out the next day and evaluated the project with great suggestions and thorough explanation.
