Fantastic! Great job. Professional and courteous. Don't remember cost but it was very reasonable. (My husband has that info and he is not here right now.) We are purchasing new foyer and kitchen lights and will definitely have them back to install them!

it didn't. Dale forgot about our 9am appointment. i called him & he said would call me back. he never did. i was very disappointed. if he didn;t want to do it, he could of said so. I would not recommend him.

Very professional and responsive. Jim, the electrician, came early TWICE to respond to my needs of having two new ceiling fans installed. He made extra twice in his schedule to fit me in, and cleaned up the resulting debris thoroughly when I had to leave for work. Corresponding with Mike on the phone was easy and timely. These guys are pros who really want to meet their customers' needs. Highly recommended.

Dale treats your house like his own. Very particular about his work. Final assy still needs to completed.

There was no charge for the estimate. We have chosen to use them. We were totally satisfied. I was looking for as they were not too far away from us. the proximity.

It took several attempts to get someone to come do the inspection. I believe the first appointment we had scheduled the professional was very late so we had to reschedule. On the second appointment, the professional who came over was friendly and discussed some of the issues he noticed, while noting any concerns or changes we wanted to make. The professional stated he would email us a report with estimates. However, no inspection report or estimate for services were ever sent to us, despite our numerous attempts to contact them for a report. Eventually we just gave up and decided to contact another company for electrical work.

Great! Dale responded to request for an inspection within a day. Upon review of electrical service, all that was required was tightening of loose connections. Dale additionally verified that utility service was in good order as well. Very satisfied with Dale's response and customer service.

GREAT THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING

Had seven recessed LED lights installed in living room. Dale was very helpful in determining how many lights would be appropriate for the room size as well as location of the fixtures. Installation was excellent with minimal extra holes cut for fishing wires. Would contract again for any future electrical work needed of any kind.

We have used them before and when we needed further electrical help we called them again.

They were very professional and hardworking. They covered work areas and cleaned when they were done very knowledgeable, and I look forward you using them again. I'm actually planning the next activity now!

Estimator made promises that the electrician couldn't deliver. Estimate stated no holes would be needed in finished ceiling below range, and price was higher than other estimates. Only 1 electrician was sent. Hole WAS required in ceiling. A drywall repairer was sent to repair ceiling and wall damage. Now I have a painting project I didn't want. I could have saved $100-$300 and went with other contractors who would have made and capped one hole requiring no painting/repairs. Owner would not discount the price.

I am going to use them again, because they were awesome! I think his name is Dale. He came to do an estimate on what we needed done, because we wanted some other stuff updated, because we were putting the house up for sale. That guy stood for a good half hour trying to find a short that we had gotten. He didn’t find it because he didn’t have his tools with him. He said that he would have his electrician, Mike come in and he would definitely find it, and Mike sure did. The work they did was awesome! I am going to have them come here in a couple months here at this new house to put in a giant ceiling fan. They were reasonably priced, worked their behinds off & were very clean. They were good! They fixed the short.

They were really good. I am going to call them back for more work. They were very helpful. They answered a lot of questions. I liked them. They were pretty prompt. They were very, very helpful. He was really good. They were here when they said they were going to be here. I was very satisfied with them. I would definitely use them in the future.

Dale came out to give us a free estimate. He was very nice over the phone and accommodating to our schedule. He was on time and we showed him the picture from the home inspection before heading downstairs. He was extremely knowledgeable and within one moment of looking at the picture he knew that it was just standard condensation. We then went downstairs since he wanted to be sure - took off the cover of the box and immediately concluded nothing was wrong. He also explained to us why that happens. Then, he said we could just put a little bit of insulation in a gap at the top to help with that. He did that for us on the spot and didn't charge us a dime. He also told us that our box was in great shape and we could even finish our basement using the capability of that same box. Overall amazing news (since there wasn't anything wrong) and trustworthy, great service for our quick 10 minute interaction with Dale. Thank you!

Contractor said needed electrician right away, called and he came next day. Contractor decided electrical should wait until project done. Called him back when project completed and left message, received no return call. Figured might be on vacation so tried a week later, he picked up the phone. I asked if he even wanted the job, he said 'yes' and we arranged a 4 p.m. appointment to which he never showed or called. Don't say you want the work and then don't show up. I left work early and he didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know he wasn't coming.

They were friendly and they had competitive wages, that’s what I did like. They could have evaluated the situation a little different so they didn’t have to come back out a second time.The situation was calling for to move some electrical away from a door. They should have probably had more guys come in there and chip at that wall to see where everything was before their guys started to work essentially. They should have wait to open the wall maybe and that’s something they could have determine before they even came so they didn’t have to come back a second time and charge me more money.

Dale was prompt in responding to my call for needing a quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable so I went with him over someone else who also came by to give a quote but didn't give me near the information on the process that Dale did. I think Dave was cheaper in cost, too, if I remember right. I didn't have a date to set up yet, as I was waiting on my pool delivery. When I called Dale on a Fri and told him my pool would be delivered Mon and the installation crew would be here Wed, he squeezed me into his busy schedule so my family could enjoy our pool with only a few weeks left in the season. On the day of, 3 guys came out and did the job. It was over 90 degrees out and humid. They were knowledgeable and explained well to me. On the final bill, there were some last minute changes that happened the day of, so the employee gave me an original bill that I didn't question until later in the day, after I paid it. I emailed Dave about the issue and he sent out a check right away to refund me the difference in pay.
