"Excellent service, prompt, professional, took time to explain if the repair was going to be worth it or purchase a new item. Repairs are well done & reasonably priced. I’d hire them again in a heart beat."

"I needed a door installed to connect two rooms together and had him frame up a small room. Alex was great to work with. Very professional, positive attitude, fast worker, and he has exceptional interpersonal skills, so it was fun to have him around. He did an excellent job all around."

"He prepared the area, worked around the landscapers and builders who were currently finishing up our home. He moved our sprinkler system and replaced our landscaping. He came on the dates and times he said he would. He worked around the builders schedules and was completely professional. We are hiring him again this month to fence our yard and build an indoor dog kennel with dog door. The owner Jeremiah is amazing and so professional.

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

All U.S. states require permits for gas grill installation, so you’ll have to get one before you move forward with your project. Permits help ensure that the gas line runs safely to avoid gas leaks and explosions. Gas line permits can usually also only be pulled by certified plumbers, which means you’ll have to hire a professional from the start. The permit for a gas line installation for a gas grill usually costs between $100 and $300. You can contact your installation company or building department for more accurate pricing.

While it’s possible to repair minor grill issues like replacing a burner, more serious issues are clear indicators that you need to replace the entire unit. A few signs that your gas grill may be at the end of its life span and it’s time to consider replacing it include:

  • Rusty or cracked firebox

  • Weak, yellow, or uneven flames

  • Flaking, cracking grates

  • Leaking or cracked propane hoses

  • Failing igniter

  • Heavy buildup of grease

Yes, you can lay a gas grill flat during transportation. Laying it flat can help prevent it from moving around the truck during the journey. It’s still advisable to secure the grill with bungee cords, just in case.

Yes, professional services typically include venting, gas line installation, and necessary permits.
