I paid 55.00 for a card at Costco in Grafton ,the membership desk staff pushed me toward a 110. 00 ( I think it was 110, may have been 100 but whatever it was It was very expensive) membership that I finally just had to say and quot;no,and quot; I don't want it, and the staff member rolled her eyes and insisted, she said and quot;but you get most of that back!and quot; She was more pushy than a used car dealer. Anyway, I paid 55.00 for a membership and went back with my mom to get her card. We waited forever for the one girl at the counter to help us. Perhaps she was new, but she appeared to be typing in applications very slowly. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting another girl, who was not happy at all about being sent to the counter called us over. She was by far the rudest employee I have ever met. She did not smile, she barely looked at us, sighed when we asked for the card, and then after that long wait smirked a bit when she said that the card printer was down and in 1 minute flat printed a paper temp card and said here you go, you will need to come back when its working for a card, and then walked away. Well you can keep your card, I want my 55.00 back and I will stick with Sam's club where I am treated nicely. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I cannot believe how poorly we were treated. To be fair, the staff on the floor giving samples were smiling and helpful. Perhaps the desk staff should spend a day watching them. I still can not believe how rude she was.

Great price and quality

Their prices are good. And, now that I have been going there for quite a while, the main pharmacist knows me and calls me by first name and some of the the other pharmacist knows my wife and I too. The only bad part is that I have to travel about 25 miles but I still save money because they have lower prices. I heard about Costco at Texas because of my family down there and they always rave about them. When they finally built one here, my wife and I filled out right away.

I would surely recommend them. They too have the same thing that you get for a very high price in a much better price. We would use their services again in the future.

I read an article that Costco employees get paid more then those in other wholesale warehouses like Sams club. Perhaps that has something to do with their attitudes towards their customers.

I need to single out a checkout person named Betty. I think she might be a manager or at least a supervisor. You can see her running around with a scanning gun, scanning carts so that shoppers do not have to wait a long time in line at the checkout counters. She is very friendly and really appears to enjoy her job.

There is an employee named Daniel who is also friendly and will stop and talk to you if you have a question.

Their prices are great although prices for some items are on a par with Sams club and their selection is better then Sams club (in my opinion)

Great value. The furniture was so much more than I could have got at a furniture store for so much less. Terrific quality and the movers who delivered it were terrific!

They quality of produce here is amazing. The service is friendly. The owner has a commitment to prices and his employees. It makes for a good experience and happy employees.
