Matt went above and beyond to get the work done that day which gave me great peace of mind because everything had been in really bad shape. When he was finished he took more pictures to show me what had been done. I plan to have him back in the spring to check this chimney again and do work on another one

When his stucco guy was on vacation and wasn't available to come out and give me a bid, he came out and took pictures. He hooked me up with the best exterior masonry guy in the world who knew how to do real stucco. They also do all kinds of handyman services so if I ever need anybody I will use them first. I called them on March 24 and they responded on March 26. I haven't received the bill yet but they had the lowest bid. They did a beautiful job

- Pozarski Concrete & Masonry, LLCNo complaint about the work when it was done; however, cracks have developed and I can get no response from Pozarski. He doesn't answer emails & when reached by phone, says that he will be out to check it over. I first contacted him 3/30/15 and to date have had no one here. I did file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and just received a response from them stating that after several attempts to get in touch with Pozarski, won't contact them either. Again, no complaints about work when it was done; but am disgruntled with lack of response on the after work. Just want to know if cracks will get larger and/or if they can be repaired

EHM is a structural moving and elevating company that also specializes in foundation repair and replacement. We have been working in the Midwest since the Great Floods of 1993. We specialize in severely comprised foundation issues. We can elevate, level, pier or replace a wall or your entire foundation. We do not do mudjacking, waterproofing or minor crack repair
"Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job.

They tore down our stand-alone, falling-apart garage and built a bigger, better garage in its place. Paul made sure the new garage would match our home perfectly, and provided quality materials and workmanship. It was a big project and Croix River were easy to work with, reliable, flexible, and fairly priced. In addition to the new garage, they installed a new concrete driveway, created a slope for it, and added fill to elevate the garage-floor height (which some companies weren't able or willing to do). They also graded around the house and redid some of our concrete sidewalks. It's two years later and the concrete work is holding up well. All of it is. Highly recommended, and nice people.
