Terrible just terrible don’t ever use this company, I hired Innovative to help level my concrete they did a horrible job. Now my driveway has more and even bigger cracks, also I was over charged by the representative who gave me the quote, I specifically asked him that I did not want any cracks filled that I would do it that myself but he ended up charging me for a portion without my knowledge, I found out after it was filled with caulk. I tried calling them about it a few times since I have a 5 year warranty but know one has bothered to pickup my call or respond back. They will easily over charge you to get an extra few 1000 from your pockets. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY they don’t care about you nor bother to even know your name, not once did the representative bother to ask or know my name even though I took the time to know his I was known as “Hey” the entire interaction. Stay away from this company use any other.

Jared arrived for his appointment and was extremely complete with informing us everything that needed to be done. He answered every question and was extremely thorough. Josh and his crew came in 3 weeks later and absolutely rocked this job. Extremely professional. Took special care to make sure all of our personal belongings were covered and not damaged at all. We are ecstatic at how quick they completed this job and how great everything looks. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars, because these guys are worth 10 stars. Highly recommend

Gregg and Gunnar did a fantastic job of lifting and sealing my garage floor. After 20 years of slowly failing, sinking, and cracking, they were able to get it back to an acceptable condition. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. They took the time to explain the process and also any areas where they were unable to get the slab perfectly flat again, and they explained why. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and patiently explained the process and results

Eric Welde, Jaid Long, and Nick Swanson knocked it out of the park. They were very clear with the work to be done, conscientious of our property, got the work done promptly, communicated as they made progress, and left the work site clean. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the work this crew did (Jeremiah T, Dustin R. and Angel S.). They handled an early challenge extremely well and the finished product was impressive. There was no trace of any mess and we feel very secure in the work they did with our foundation.

Great that Innovated could do the work they do, but communication and project management need a lot of improvement. Some areas of frustration: - I spent months going back and forth with their sales team to finalize a job I had already agreed to and paid $10K up front for. They then tried to take away the discount that was given to me until I called it out. - There was no clear timeline set for the job and I was extremely confused on what was happening when. I had four different contacts telling different times. I had to miss work because of it. - I had to pay for my job in a lump-some instead of the payment plan I had agreed to - the job wasn’t 100% finished before paying - my sales rep went MIA the week of the job - i went without plumbing for 4 days . I was told I would only be without it for 1 - i was sold a service plan in order to finish the job I had agreed to Some positives: - the sales team and crew were polite - my sales rep connected me with a general contractor who was able to expedite the work Overall, I’m not sure I would recommend Innovative unless someone really needed their expertise. I’m happy to be done with this project so I don’t have to deal with this anymore.

Conner, Evan, Tony and crew removed an old failing diy waterproofing system from my basement and installed a new waterproofing system that looks and works great.

Worst experience I've ever had with a business. I'm deeply skepitcal that most of these reviews are real. Our salesperson (Eric) suggested a bunch of unecessary work (even though we specifically told him what we wanted) for our crawlspace. We settled on what we had originally requested under the assumption that Eric had actually seen the entirety of our crawl space (he, of course, did not). The guys who came out to work on the job were shocked that they had made a sale without even looking at the space properly, as his 'drawings' were completely innacurate of what the space looked like. Eric suggested that we create an exterior door (fine) and to save money (they wanted to charge us $500) we could dig the hole ourself. The only problem is that the door, based on his own innacurate drawings, was completely pointless (and couldn't have been done without risking serious damage to the joists). The service people were at least honest enough to cut our job in half (because they genuinely couldn't do most of it), but I'm deeply skeptical that they did anything (I asked for pictures but none were ever provided). Eric was concilitory but as soon as we asked for compensation for essentially digging a worthless hole (and tearing out our bushes in the process), we never got a call back. I'm not sure if the entire business is shady or just our salesperson, but I cannot recommend that you run from the business enough.

They did great work on my Dad's house in Spring Valley, Wi. Done in a couple of days, cleaned up well and Erick and his crew did quick job of installing the drain tile and shoring up a couple of walls! I would highly recommend them. 5 stars!

Needed our concrete sidewalk lifted as it has sunk a couple inches over the years. Travis Harper came out and did a great job explaining the process. He worked up a quote right on sight and made everything really easy.

Everything was going fine until they started installing the wall insulation. They were attaching raggedly cut, irregularly shaped pieces of foam insulation to the walls, with large gaps between them. I complained to the sales office and they sent out the field supervisor. They ended up tearing out the insulation they had already installed and put up new, cleanly cut foam in a much more precise and careful manner. A half day project turned into most of the day because they had to get additional supplies and redo part of the job. They are capable of doing good work but unfortunately, I had to fight with them in order to get their A game. When they cleaned up, I discovered damage to my walls and to my floor, so I refused to pay the original amount. Joey then called me back and we eventually settled for a small monetary adjustment. He was insisting that I should be happy after they came out to make things right and that I shouldn't give a negative review. I insisted that I would give an honest review, and that I wasn't going to let them buy a good review from me. I was reasonably pleased with the results until this last issue. I believe this service was overpriced: $1000-ish worth of materials plus a half day of labor for 3 people for just under $6000 + damage to my floor and walls. Two of the 3 people on the crew were very courteous, but they just weren't very detail-oriented. I would like to believe my salesperson's assurance that this is an isolated incident and that they will be working to address the issues I have raised. For the sake of future customers, I hope this is true.

Over priced and created much mess and the final outcome I would say satisfactory.

I am very happy with the sidewalk leveling. The team returned to clean up an area that had "remaining" foam. They were very willing to make sure I was satisfied.
