Project management skills I also have solid people skills such as hiring, training, and managing a crew. Basic finance and budgeting, tracking costs, payroll, pricing jobs, and keeping cash flow healthy. I have dealt with clients and handle complaints without losing my cool. "It is such a pleasure to find a company that takes pride in the work they do! The guys were friendly and diligent and were able to get rid of some tough stains the last carpet cleaners could not.
