Sent an email late night. Had a call promptly first thing the next morning. They were out to do a roof inspection by mid morning. Received a prompt quote with a clear explanation of everything that needed done, and they had a repair guy out by late afternoon who quickly got the job done....
They couldn't do it and immediately when I first showed up but I did not expect them to be able to so I made an appointment for the following week. They got the repair done on time for a great price compared to my previous experiences and the repair seemed adequate.
