"Carlos and his crew were excellent. They were here when they said they would. They did an excellent job of power washing the house and taking the black off the logs of the house. The home was way past due for staining. Carlos made sure we were happy with the color BEFORE they applied to the house. We have spindle railings and they did an awesome job. They also did the deck floor. Amazing! They covered the windows so the stain didn’t get on them. I can’t say enough good things… Highly recommend!!!!"

Most building codes require that spindles or balusters on deck and stair railings be spaced no more than four inches apart. For the best results, stay off of your deck for at least 48 hours after sealing it. Giving the sealant at least two full days to cure ensures it can fully penetrate the wood, giving you the most protection from sun and weather damage later on. Walking on the deck too soon can prevent it from properly curing and cause your deck to weather prematurely.
