"The project turned out perfect! We had a bedroom/bathroom suite finished in our basement. John was hired to put in the shower pan, and shower walls, toilet, vanity, and drywalled the walls and ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom, He also installed the flooring in the bathroom and bedroom, finished shelving in the closets, finished off all the trim, and installed a vent and light fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom. He was very detailed when texturizing the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. He made sure it matched the texture on the main floor of our house. He also installed our bathroom barn door. I grew up on a local dairy farm. Working hard is a way of life. I started working in the trades through a youth apprenticeship program in high school, where I worked half of a day on a residential jobsite. I continued to work in the construction industry and went to MATC. I graduated the Wood Technics program. It consisted of multiple classes including drafting, codes and regulations, building trades and remodeling. I started Quam Construction llc in 2007. We have been doing construction remodeling and repairs ever since.
