"The young men that did the trimming did a very nice job?these stars are for them. Working with Ryan was like working with a disrespectful teenager?he Was rude on the phone, the clean up crew didn?t come until late morning the next day causing delay in other scheduled yard work that was to be done. Ryan did not come to see what needed to be done and subsequently charged me more than he quoted me. I do not recommend working with him"

"My rock border was full of dirt and weeds. The guys took out the stones, cleaned them off on the driveway, put down new weed guard, then replaced the stones and added more to fill in. It looks like new! They also sawed down a couple of stumps and worked around my existing plants. Pleased with how it turned out!"

"The staff seem to be really good and professional people. The reason for my 2-star rating is that the work done simply didn't deliver on expectations of durability. There are sections of my driveway where nearly all of the seal coating came off in less than 9 months, so I am going to have to re-do the job myself. This is not what I had in mind when I paid over $1,100 (a fair price, if it would have lasted longer). I understand that the work isn't covered anymore, as I didn't report it until the thaw revealed so much was missing, and I'm not upset with Merit or their staff.
