They work efficiently and quickly, checking with me as questions arose. The kitchen and outdoor "workshop" areas were tidied up at the end of the day. I worked with other contractors on a big project (significant repairs after a huge tree fell on my house six years ago) and that was an awful experience including overcharging, non-existent change orders, lack of communication, and, ultimately, poor workmanship.
