"Groundworks were contracted to encapsulate the crawl space, with a dehumidifier, intellijacks & sump pump. The inspector showed us pictures & videos of what the work would look like on completion, & explained how each solution would be installed. They tried to charge me more for vent covers until I showed them the contract covering this part. The foreman told me there was a reset button for the sump pump to be installed on an exterior wall, but they did not install it, instead said they would put in a service order. I haven’t heard anything about this issue yet. When they installed the moister barrier, they excluded the cement pads I was told it cost extra to have them covered. When I signed the contract, I was never told there would be extra charges for vent covers or cement pads to be covered. The contract I signed covered a complete encapsulation, but this is not what I got. This is a bait & switch. I would not recommend Groundworks."

"Sergio and his team are amazing! Our yard is on a hillside and basically unusable. Sergio excavated and leveled it to create two huge terraces with a beautiful split wood fence at the top of each retaining wall. In total, it was over 250 feet of retaining wall and fence. He also applied topsoil and seeding our new lawn. His attention to detail is impeccable, and he understood what I wanted out of the space.
