We did not get estimates, but we had heard some numbers from other people. They were right within that range. There were some follow-ups, and they were very quick to get them done. There were some communication problems, but they were resolved. They were great to work with. We called to get information from them, and they came out right away. They gave specific times on when they would be here, and they stuck to them well. The only thing that kept them from working were issues that were not under their control, like the weather. If they had any questions, Marina, from the office would call right away and get things straightened out. They also do some communication through e-mail, which was helpful. We even added some additional services, and the pricing was at what we expected. We would definitely use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

Vicente arrived on time for the estimate. A week later, Vicente and his crew arrived as scheduled. They were an efficient and hardworking crew. They worked the entire day. At the end of the day, there were a couple of items [thinning of the Maple tree] that I wasn't quite satisfied with. Vicente arranged to come back a few days later to finish the job. He refused to take any money until I was satisfied with the completed job. He returned and worked another half day. I was impressed with the final cleanup of the property. Any problems or rescheduling due to weather were handled by Marina in a pleasant and timely manner.

We called for an estimate and the owner of the company, Vicente Cruz, came that afternoon. The estimate was below what we had expected so we canceled another appointment for an estimate with another company and scheduled the work to be done 3 days from when the estimate was made. They called the night before to change the time from afternoon to morning; the 2 workmen arrived about 20 minutes later than when they said they would, but finished the job in 3 hours. Several of the trees were located close to a fence and they removed the trees without any damage to the fence. We were completely satisfied with the job they did; everything was tidy when they left.

I called on Sunday to arrange a quote and a representative came out that afternoon. He assessed the work and provided a quote which impressed me so much that I didn't bother getting another estimate. The crew arrived promptly on the designated day and quickly began work. I was amazed at their skill! These trees were leaning and/or mingled in with other trees we didn't want cut. Not one branch fell on any of the trees we didn't want cut or on a nearby fence (and some of the trees were leaning over the fence). They dropped the trees and I will clean up the brush and cut the wood. The stumps were completely ground and overall it was just a fantastic job. I found out about this company by looking at Angie's List and I will not even hesitate to use them again or recommend them to other friends. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, accurate estimates, timeliness, and quality of work.

They had excellent customer service. They were very prompt and did great work. The tree looks just like I wanted it!

When I got home I was simply amazed with the quality of their work, clean up and overall appearance of the job. I had just built a new garage which a large portion of elm tree covered. Not a scratch on the garage. I had two other bids from Angies list and I am sure I would of been pleased with their work also, but couldn't hold a candle to the price I paid through 4 A's Tree Service.

6 man crew took 4 hours which included cutting all wood to 16 to 18 inches, chipping all branches and clean up was great. Very happy - nice people to deal with. Two other bids were higher.
