"We had just completed a deck and patio project and the old hose bib location was just inches from the floor of the deck. We needed it moved to a more convenient location. I called a local Plumber we'd used before and got a bid, which cost $49.00. The total I was quoted to move the hose bib was $484. I about fainted when I heard this. The old hose bib just needed to be capped off and the new hose bib location was adjacent to a bathroom with the crawl space 2 feet away. I knew this was going to be an easy-peasy job, but not almost $500 worth. So I looked up a Plumber on Angie's List, which is what I should have done in the first place. I was so surprised when I saw an A rated Plumber, JM Plumbing and Mechanical with a coupon for of all things, a hose bib relocation or install for $175.00, a $300.00 value. I bought the coupon on the spot and spoke to the owner 2-days later and scheduled the job this morning. He showed up spot-on the time we scheduled the job and was done in 20 minutes. I am still pinching myself at how quick and easy this was plus now I have found a Plumber for life.

"Great Service!!! I had a clog in my main sewer line. Called around 7am and was able to schedule an estimate same day. Got a call back from Andrew and was able to have them come in sooner, which was awesome! Plumbers David & Chris was courteous, friendly and professional. They were able to fix my issue swiftly and jet the roots out as well. I love the fact that they made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving, to ensure the issue has been resolved. They even ran a camera down my sewer line to insure me all the roots were gone, got a video as well. I had the same issue previously and called another company. I had to call them twice because they did not resolve the issue on both times out here. Hagee Plumbing fixed it.

"Don't hire anyone else. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

Workers showed up  on time and went right to work.  I just purchased this house and had no idea of the condition of the gutters or the roof.  I could see the windows were really dirty!  Now I have sparkling windows and I can rest easy  about the condition of the gutters.
