Welcome to the future of real estate valuation solutions with Akrivis. We combine innovation and evolving technology with our exclusive network of photography contractors to deliver accurate real estate valuations in less than five days. No stress, no fuss, just fast and reliable property values.

"Hired to do valuation of a manufactured home - not on land. Gave appraisal comparison properties included land. therefore not an accurate valuation. Thought salesperson understood nuance. "

I first began as a Loan Officer in Philadelphia over 12 years ago. I've also been involved with Real Estate since 2001 over 20 years dealing directly with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers for Commercial & Residential properties. In early 2018 I became a Licensed Realtor and quickly realized my talents would be better utilized as an Advisor in the Mortgage market. I am always open to partnering with other builders and realtors including buyers and home owners. I also now have more time at the house with my wife and 4 kids.

Being a Tri-City "native", I possess an extensive knowledge of this area. Many years experience in a family-owned Residential Construction and Development Company, as well as being a commercial development owner have given me valuable "hands-on" experience in the Real Estate arena. My area of expertise lies in new home construction and aspects of the newer home. I enjoy working with people and will put my experience and knowledge to work in providing you with the highest level of service possible.

Real Estate Agents questions, answered by experts

Currently, the average house in Hawaii is around $830,000, with prices having risen over the last five years. Some areas, like Honolulu or Ewa Beach, are a bit less expensive, but others, like Waimanalo and Pearl City, drive up the average price.

Home additions can add significant value to a home by increasing its overall square footage and enhancing a home's functionality and appeal. Key additions such as extra bedrooms, bathrooms, or larger kitchens offer the highest returns on investment. Well-planned additions that seamlessly integrate with the existing structure and match the neighborhood's style can boost curb appeal and market value. However, the actual increase in value depends on the quality of the work, the types of additions, and the current real estate market conditions.

Yes, siding orientation can affect a home’s resale value, but in what way and by how much really depends on the prospective buyer. For instance, some buyers prefer the more modern appearance that vertical siding offers, so having it can increase your home’s value in their eyes. However, other buyers prefer the classic, more common appearance of horizontal siding, so having vertical siding can decrease your home’s value in their eyes.

For homeowners who love the charm and character of historic homes, renovating is well worth the invested cost. Keep in mind, though, that historic homes often need more extensive work than you might think at first, so be sure you know exactly what needs to be done so you can decide for yourself if the time, money, and effort are worth it for you.

Countertops play a significant role in determining your home's resale value. High-quality, stylish countertops can attract potential buyers and increase the overall appeal of your property. Desirable materials like granite, quartz, or marble often command a higher resale price. On the other hand, outdated or damaged countertops can deter buyers and lead to lower offers. Investing in attractive, durable countertops can be a smart move to boost your home's resale value.
