Overall it went great. This is actually my first home inspection and I can't imagine it going any better. Darrel was very responsive and understanding of our schedule. He was extremely thorough and took the time and energy to highlight important things I need to know as a home owner; water and gas shutoffs, etc. His report was extremely detailed and something I will refer to constantly. He included recommended maintenance and inspections to make sure everything continues to run okay.
