Very impressed and satisfied from start to finish - they were able to mobilize and begin project within 2 days of signed quote agreement (faster than another company was even able to come out for quote). They encountered a setback and had to have a piece fabricated to finish the ridge vent. This took about 2 wks to finalize; HOWEVER, this is still very fast considering peak period of season. Home is MUCH cooler in the afternoon and night now with ridge vent installed, whereas before the home would stay warm no matter how much we ventilated the interior due to inadequate attic ventilation, caused by the lack of existence of a ridge vent. Price was surprisingly good considering this Seattle-area market (everything is so much more expensive) and the overall size of these 2 jobs.

These guys were excellent. We had an unexpected surprise when the condition of our existing roof was worse than we imagined, Yoni and his team worked with us to keep the additional repairs within our budget. The crew arrived early and stayed late to make sure the roof was completed before it rained. The roof and fence exceeded our expectations.

I hope it all went good. Since the repair was done it rained only twice and very mildly. I am waiting to see how the repair will hold under a downpour.

Outstanding! The estimator responded in a timely manner, came out, surveyed the problem and gave me a bid. He fit me into his schedule within several days. The foreman was excellent. During the course of the repair which lasted around 6 hours, he contacted me twice by phone to apprise me of their findings, the solution and progress. The crew was very professional, cleaned up, and left the job site spick and span. The final cost was below their estimate. Over all , I could not be more pleased with their work..

Wonderful. The old roof was removed and new plywood and roofing applied. Work was done in a very efficient manner. The area around the buildings was completely cleaned-up and the debris hauled away. Thanks for a job well done!

They came out and fixed the leak, but when it leaked again, they came back very quickly to try a different fix. No leaks for almost a year but then the leak started again in the same spot so they came out again. This time, no leaking. They guarantee the work for 3 years. No additional payments were needed. It was difficult to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from since we initially could not find any obvious areas that were needing repair on the roof.

Great, they were prompt, attentive, the yard was completely cleaned up of debris when they left. They did the whole roof in a day and a half. The people across the street had their roof done for $6,000 more with another company. The price was very competitive. The administrative staff was very responsive.

Hired KSingle Corp after bringing inviting a few bidders. Discovered the roof needed to be replaced due to the poor craftsmanship from the previous roofer. Within one week of the bid, KSingle Corp had removed and replaced my 18 square roof. KSingle Corp added all new plywood and attached gator skin as the base for the roof. Went with the Melarky high profile shingle and TPO for the flat roof section. I liked the piece of mind offered by the 10 year contractor warranty.

They came and gave an estimate and we agreed to do the work. On the day of the work, they came and did the work as needed. Fixed roof leak. No more leaks. My only suggestion would be better communication between the office and the workers, as I had to show the workers where the leak was. That is info they should have known coming to the site.

Scheduled an appointment online for Saturday. Immediately received a call to try to reschedule for a weekday. Advised that we were unavailable that week for a day time meeting. The office person was pretty snarky about keeping my original appointment which should have been my first hint that something was wrong. The appointment time came and went. We waited an hour. No call, no show. Very unprofessional.
