Description of Work: they replaced some thermostats. Now have multiple problems which need correction. Situation worse than original. Wanted thermostats which are programmable. Not working as well as original. No response to complaint. Owner has had medical problems and only now is able to begin a fix in time for the electric heating season.

Description of Work: The Electric Company of Seattle came to give a bid on a knob and tube whole-house rewire. He complained almost the whole time about how difficult the job is, promised a bid by the following Sunday, and was never heard from again. He was definitely the least professional estimator of the four with whom I worked.

Description of Work: He was here for an hour and fixed some dead spots in our wiring as well as replacing a couple of plugs. Brian was very professional and efficient. I will definitely hire them again! A++
