Description of Work: Services included: 1) Installation of new ceiling fan; 2)swapped out outdoor pole driveway light; 3) installed outdoor light timer; 4) relocated cable into crawl space and under the floor. Service personnel handled the work very professionally. I mentioned to the office person in two separate calls that the electrician would need to provide a tall ladder to reach the ceiling fan, but that message was not conveyed to the service electrician who was assigned. My tallest ladder worked, but it was not the best situation for the electrician.

We knew of many problem areas, and ultimately decided to not have any incremental work done. The coupon was money well spent as the technicians pointed out things we weren't initially aware of, and answered all our questions fully. We may use this company for a full re-wire of our house in the coming months.

Description of Work: After initial visit I had contractor return to make rewire some outlets. |Upon City of Seattle inspection, found outlet in bathroom was not grounded. Contractor returned who said it didn't need to be grounded and a permit was never needed for the repair work. It took three additional calls to contractor to confirm whether or not City of Seattle needed to return to inspect work and whether Contractor needed to make additional repairs. I called once and spoke to a supervisor. I had called and spoke to the same person who could not recall me speaking to him before. | |There was no apology that it took about 4 months to receive clarification or that a permit was not deemed necessary. | |During the repair the service person noted we should do some additional rewiring. I asked for a estimate. They never provided one. But then again, I would use this contractor again.

Description of Work: They installed a dedicated wall outlet for the tankless water heater. When the tech was here I asked about a security since the old quartz halogen was very old and needed bulb replacements on a regulare basis. The tech recommended an LED security light that would last 50,000 hours so I had him order the light for a later install. They came back to install but the replacement was the wrong part so they had to reschedule after receiving the correct fixture. |Good quality work and only a little delay in getting a new part.
