We woke up and all the lighting in our living room and dining room were out. We called and they walked us through some ideas and determined someone needed to come out. They came within 2 hours, fixed it in less than two hours, told me why and what. Friendly. Nice. Professional.

When we called As You Wish Jamie (who answers the phone) was extremely accomodating in helping us find a time for the estimate. Since hubby works nights that was no easy task, but we worked it out. When Brandon came to do the estimate he looked at everything, listened to our story, answered so many questions and gave us the best advice for our circumstances. I had no idea there could be so many choices about upgrading a panel so Brandon was extremely helpful with what my choices were and what the cost of each was and how it all worked together. He even had a few pamphlets with pictures that helped alot in the learning process. Brandon was so very patient, took all the time I needed, we finally made a decision. On the day the job was done, even tho they had to wake me up so early (hubby works nights so eight am was the middle of the night for us), the guys were very nice about it. When I asked them if they could do the work very quietly for the first coupla hours, they were very happy to do so (hubby drives a big rig so I'm very protective of his sleep!). This company works with extreme care inside and out including wearing booties at all times while inside my home, they asked questions so the dedicated circuits were not only where we wanted them, but were also where they could do the best job for their purpose. These two gentlemen answered every question, even listened to all the stories I had about things that had nothing to do with electricity, in short, they went over and above to be polite at all times. The job was finished early, I was so thankful because the day had been so boring for me. The only problem was we discovered our garbage disposal was being extremely cranky and wouldn't work properly. When we called As You Wish they came back right away, discovered a loose wire in the new panel, and the problem was fixed in five minutes. Oh ya, while I was paying for their services at the end of the day, I asked about and outlet that had a broken plate and a cable sticking out. I asked what I needed to buy at the hardware store to fix it, the next thing I know it's fixed and the cable is tacked down so it doesn't stick out any more. When I tried to pay them for it, they refused even when I insisted. I hope by telling this I don't get those boys into any trouble because they were terrific guys.

I needed four ceiling light fixtures hung including one in a split entry stairwell. Because the installation only took 2-1/2 hours with no repairs, the price was reduced from the standard price without me asking for it.

They came out on time, installed the outlet and completed the job when expected. Nice guys and great work.

The overall quality of the service was average.

Adam came in and very soon realized he had two separate problems. He spent three hours figuring this whole thing out, and finally discovered a fault in one of the GFI units. It wasn't working properly. Water had gotten into another GFI unit. He was able to take it a part and get another unit installed. He got the whole thing taken care of. He had a knack for figuring the issue out. He never gave up, and was very tenacious. He was just terrific. His professionalism and pride in his work were exceptional. This is a reflection on the company as a whole.

The job was done quickly and the result was very satisfactory. However, I think the price was pretty high as the job was done in less than two hours (my recollection). But they did respond very quickly, the same day I called.

The service call was very quick - the technician just whizzed through the work, and before we knew it, they were showing us that each item was now working as we needed.

I was able to schedule the work very quickly, and was surprised to find out that I would NOT have to pay extra to install the outlet in a brick wall. Jess arrived at the appointed time, listened to what I wanted and got right to work. He appeared to work quickly and efficiently. After he was done, I asked him to bid a few other jobs, which he did. We will most likely use him again for one or two of these projects.

The electricians are professional and know their trade. Their dispatch office communicates well and is clear about scheduling. They did the job and although 150 is a bit steep for a 5 minute job, I suppose emergency call rates are acceptable. I would recommend these guys and use them again.

Very well! I purchased two 'big deals' since I knew i was asking for more than they were offering in the big deal and they agreed to convert the two into a single new circuit (instead of piggybacking off of old wiring). They were very accommodating, took care of the permit and everything, I just had to tell the inspector what was done and he signed off after checking it out. Work (though small) seemed to be well attended to, didn't appear to be sloppy from what I could see. I was able to provide some assistance for routing wires, since I had seen it done previously and there was an access panel installed by the electrical panel.

Quick response once an appointment was set up. He arrived right on time. Initially he had a little bit of a problem locating the outlet, but once detected everything went smoothly. I wanted a switch at bottom and top of stairs, but was told I would have to do quite a bit of drywall work so decided to just put in one switch at top of stairs. It's working great. Very personable and would use again .

The service went well. The electrician called 30 min before he arrived and arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection and answered the questions that we have and made some suggestions.

Called As you wish electric after reading positive reviews. Setting up an appointment was easy. Got someone to come in, give an estimate. I was told that someone would call back to schedule for actual work. Didn't get a call for a week, so, called back. They had my information, scheduled the appointment and from thereon everything was perfect. On time, very professional, reasonable price and everything meeting our needs.

Called As You Wish Electric to get an electrical box installed outside. The rep on the phone was quick and efficient. They came out a week later and installed the box in about 30minutes. The rep was very professional and even gave me tips on different ways to conserve energy and gave me suggestions on where to install other electrical boxes outside. Will defiently use them again.
