We are a very small company and work with each one of our customers on a individual basis. You are what matters to us, not the bottom line. J & M requires a 50% downpayment to cover the cost of materials with the balance due upon completion. Any project left for longer than 30 days after completion will be sold for the balance owed. Under certain circumstances, we will take monthly payments.
