Description of Work: Raised the price, sold me additional services, led me to believe I was getting more than I actually got, changed appt time without calling. Charges are so high. The installer was great. He was polite, respectful, and professional.

+ -1 moreCOMCAST IS USUALLY FAIRLY RESPONSIVE, ALTHOUGH LIKE ALL LARGE CORPORATIONS THEY HARDLY OFFER ''EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE''. THE TWO INSTALLATIONS I'VE HAD DONE WERE EASY TO SCHEDULE BY PHONE (OTHER THAN WAITING ON HOLD FOR A FEW MINUTES), AND THE INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. SINCE THIS RATING IS AIMED PRIMARILY AT THEIR HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE, I WILL SIMPLY SAY THAT I LOVE THE HIGHER SPEED, AND SO FAR THE SERVICE HAS BEEN RELIABLE (I.E., NO DOWN TIME). I WISH THE MONTHLY INTERNET CABLE FEE WAS LOWER, BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE GOING BACK TO DIAL-UP MODEM.

+ -1 moreWE HAD TO HAVE INTERNET SERVICE INSTALLED IN OUR NEW HOME. WE RAN INTO TROUBLE AND HAD TO HAVE COMCAST MAKE RETURN VISITS FOUR TIMES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE WORKERS WERE VERY KIND AND TRIED THEIR BEST TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: WE HAD TO SCHEDULE A PERSON TO COME OUT AND INSTALL INTERNET SERVICE AT OUR NEW HOME.
