We have Comcast, not because they're the only supplier around here.  I use them currently.  It cost $165 a month.  It's very frustrating if you have to call because their help is over seas, so there's a language barrier.  If you take something back it often takes some time before they credit your account.  I don't know if I will continue with them in the future.  I'm seriously considering other options like Dish or something.  For this purpose I would say no I wouldn't use them in the future.

They are the only one in our area that has a reasonable speed, but as a company and everything else they are horrible. We have to take stuff to them for repairs, they don’t provide servicing at home.

They are the only one that would give the service that most people want. They have been charging too much for their services. I can't think of anything pleasant. I think most of their customers feel the same way. They are out to get you. It is the only one that provides all the service that you want in the area. Their responsiveness depends on what they are responding to. I would absolutely change if I had a choice. Our main issue is that they seem to charge at whim, like whatever they want to charge, it varies and it doesn't make sense.

They are okay.

The guy came out here, I didn’t pay him much, it was whatever the guy had charged me and the guy was here for four hours. They answered all our questions, not just mine, our son was here and he is kind of a technical type guy and the guy that came really had his head screwed on straight. I was surprised. Comcast was great. What stood out most was that the guy was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t give me the rush treatment. He just went through my house, to all my various TV’s and I had all of them upgraded. He was knowledgeable. The TV’s are clear but the new program that they put in is little more confusing than the last one and that was not what I was lead to believe, had not it been that kid that came out here. I signed a contract with them. The picture is pretty good but to figure out all the programming and everything was confusing, I am not a techy-geek either. They were right on time.

They failed to call me to let me know they were on their way...
They sent texts instead - gave me 30 seconds to responds to t he text, then sent the service person on to the next call...I missed him by 5 minutes.
I had to reschedule for 3 days later - they showed up up on time and were very good.

Comcast had trouble moving our service a couple of blocks. We had no service:telephone,internet or cable TV for a week. Had trouble getting answers from them. It took us a long time to get technical help here to figure out the problem.

I like Comcast so much. I use them for long time. Easy to contact. Easy to reach them. Their service people are very careful on my property. They don't mess up anything and they repair very well. Some technicians are very experienced some are not. Pricing is pretty expensive. They are on time.

Quick and Accurate. Reasonable cost and the internet is FGast, Fast Fast.....

The current promotions I had expired, when I called in to see if I could get a new promotions I was told mo. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and my bill just keeps going up.

They don't show up on time. Over priced for the service but have a monopoly in this area and seem to know it. I am looking forward to finding other options for cable.

We called them to see if we could get a better price after seeing some advertised prices. They weren't able to match that but did give us a discount for the next few months. Great Customer Service and great internet!

Comcast are regularly criticized, but I have had luck with their service, professionalism and timeliness. They provided a 2 hour window and technician arrived on time and prepared for the work. Upgrade of an equipment piece was needed to return service to reliability, and 30 days later service has been problem free (previously was erratic). No issues at all and provided as part of the overall service package (hence no price).

Service has been reliable but it is expensive

We are out in the woods and the trees interfere with the satellite so we had to go with the cable. We are fortunate enough to be close enough to the power lines to get cable. Their reliability is pretty good, we have not had any problems.

I ended up terminating my services after a long relationship. will not use them again.

I get good TV and if there is any problem, they come right out and fix it. Their rates are comparative than anything else.

I have had problems with the internet not being available and we have had to call them. We do usually get a prompt response when we do call them. We have also had issues with our television service cutting out. I feel the price is fair for the services received. They have been professional any time we have dealt with them.

The internet is slow, but the phone is fine. I don't use the cable at all. We have to have it though to get the other services.

They quality is good but the prices seem to keep going up and now they are too expansive.
