We include a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and a full Manufactures Warranty on all Materials. We do not ever have a "trip charge" or charge for estimates on projects totaling $5k or less. Some estimates over $5k requiring extensive planning and/or drawings may need a deposit with all or part being credited upon accepting an estimate. If a deposit is required all terms and conditions will be put in writing for each estimate. When an estimate is pending acceptance a detailed contract will be prepared outlining the Work to be Preformed, Materials, Specifications, Completion Date and Payment Terms for your review.
