Description of Work: Installed outdoor electrical circuit to water pump and lights to water feature. It was installed well, and on time. Only issue was misunderstanding on whether installer had sufficient supplies to complete job. Despite having a conversation with landscape installer on supplies needed to complete the job, the electrician did not have all parts necessary, so had to run to Home Depot - time charges.

Description of Work: Trouble shooting for an outlet out of power, the technician was able to identify the problem very quickly, fix the problem quickly, cleaned the working spot.

Description of Work: I used PK Electric about four times during 2012. They are my first choice for electrical work because they are reliable, courteous, and efficient. The one time they were too busy to handle my short notice job, they recommended another company that they trusted, and that recommendation worked out very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends.

Description of Work: the bid came in too high, they insisted on wanting more money past their pricey bid. The owner was very rude and difficult to work with, it took many days to reschedule for completion as the wanted add on dollars, I guess this is how some companies work, they want to give a bid and hope to jack it up with extras. The electrician worker John was very nice and amicable but they have lost employees lately due to poor service and not enough business. I was not impressed with the bid ( overcharged) or the process of completion.

Description of Work: They were very professional, on time and very nice to work with. I thought it was expensive but no more than I have paid in the past for electrical service. I had some track lighting fixed and outdoor lighting installed. i really liked their service.

Description of Work: We called PK because we couldn't figure out why 3 outlets had stopped working. We had flipped the switch on the circuit board without results. We called PK and they told us about the reset button that you find on some outlets. I know that this is basic for many folks but I didn't realize that the reset button on one outlet could affect another. I appreciate the advise over the phone. It was generous. They could have made a billable service call out of it but didn't. Thanks PK.

Description of Work: Last month I had TV on in a bedroom and plugged a cell phone charger into a different outlet only to have the TV shut off. Today I called PK Electric to get someone out to look at the problem. Before sending someone Cindy checked with an electrician who thought it might just be a loose wire. I said I would check and that was the problem! If I ever need electrical work done, PK will be the first company I call.
