They provided great service! The bill that I first received had charges that I did not approve and so they removed those charges.

All right, I think. ( If I knew about electrical matters I coulld answer better and could probably do the "testing myself. I had questions about very warm appliance plugs at certain outlets. No problems found by the technician. )

The crew of 2 came right on schedule (at 7:30 am) , went over the work order with me to confirm all work to be done, did the work quickly, quietly and neatly, double checked with me to confirm approval of all installions and placements of lights and were a joy to work with. They kept the mess to a minumum while working and cleaned up completely when they were done (wiping up plaster dust, wiping floor for any tracks from the muddy back yard, vacuming, etc). The crew was done by 2pm and I am very happy with the work and the company.

Eugene came out, did some trouble-shooting and did some re-wiring. No new circuit was needed. Eugene was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing. Another excellent experience with PK electric.

Eugene from PK Electric engaged in some troubleshooting to find the cause of a power outage we were experiencing with an electrical circuit in our home. i was told over the phone it would cost about $75 - imagine my surprise when i received a bill for $210.05. clearly the person who gave me the quote over the phone, didn't know what he was talking about - according to the invoice there is a minimum charge of $135. i would never use this company again. i chose this company based on the numerous positive reviews on angie's list - i'm now leery of how reliable the recommendations on angie's list are.

Outlets were repaired. Most failed because they were linked to a larger power supply outlet with a loose wire. I would have never known to look there. Money well spent. Nice guy also... open to questions etc.

I needed electrical outlets added or moved closer to my toilets, so that I could install the heated seats. I also had a few new lighting fixtures waiting to be hung from the ceiling. I read the great reviews on PK here, contacted them by email, and received a response right away. Scott came first thing in the morning to find what I needed, and quickly gave me a quote, so I didn't have to be late for my work. Eugene was prompt too, and pleasant and thorough on the job. He made sure that everything was done the way I wanted. The thing I loved most about PK was that they seemed to work like a corporation that has separate department for each function (i.e. quote, scheduling, job, billing, etc. ), and yet the separation of functions didn't slow down one another a bit. The service I received from PK was fast and excellent on every stage, and I will definitely call them again for the future electrical needs.

The electrician and his apprentice were on time, they were super-friendly, efficient and knowledgable, and knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly. I asked them to check on two other minor electrical issues I had in addition to what I had called them there for, and they were happy to do it. I was very happy with the service I received.

Perfect. It isn't easy working in a '45 house and except for the holes that had to be drilled at the top of the wall to run wires, there was no repair to do at all. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned everything up. I would definitely call them again.

Responded on site to give an estimate the day after I called. Traffic jam held them up but they called to say they would be late. Only 10min late. Went through the house and explained what they would replace, run new circuits for refrig etc. Went through the attic and basement, examined the elec panel. Listed all the work and reviewed each item with me and said they would have an proposal sent to me by email. Received the email the next day, sent it back the following Monday and they were on site on Wed. Very easy and efficient. I didn't have to spend much time with them. They told me when they would start and finish and what would go on. Very personable and professional.

It went very well. I used Angie's list to select this contractor. We decided to upgrade the washer/dryer sockets after the estimate, and they prepared a new one on the spot. The only negative is that the main guy on the job was hard to understand at times. Had to do a quick follow up visit a week later to finish adding the outlets. They did a very thorough job and I feel much better about the house's electrical system now. Planning a follow up with PK for replacing ceiling fans and adding a disposal to the kitchen sink.

First, they gave us a good price, and secondly they did quality work. We were very satisfied.

The job was completed successfully. However, I was told they would need to make a couple of holes in the ceiling of an adjoining room to complete the job."A couple" turned out to be 8 in a 5 foot area.

The job went really well. They came when they were supposed to, they did what they were supposed to, and they were quick about coming back with a quote.

The electrician and his journeyman were excellent, worked quickly, had everything on hand. They were great about letting us know what options existed for our needs.

We were pleased with the interaction with the company. They seemed knowledgeable, were detail-oriented and got the estimate back to us. I don?t remember the exact estimated price, but I think it was about $7000 or $8000. We went with somebody who was slightly lower. He showed up on time. He was pretty responsive, but the poor guy had a baby in the middle. We would consider using them again for an estimate in the future.

Great experience with this company. On time, on estimate, very professional. Provided information regarding our special fixtures, got the job done fast. I really appreciate the no hassle estimate and job performance done by PK Electric.

The electrician called me and wanted to know if he could come early. I was able to meet him early and he helped me right away. The kitchen was a switch, but the bathroom outlet seemed to be something else. He hunted down the problem to the breaker box and fixed the issue. He also gave me other advice on work that could be done in the future.

He thought that he could fix it, but once he started to take it apart, he realized that it needed to be completely replaced. I wasn't charged for the time spent trying to repair the fan. He cam promptly soon after that to replace the fan.

PK Electric did an excellent job! From the estimate to the installation and clean up everything went well. They were punctual, efficient and clean. Additionally, both workman were very nice and took great pains to be neat and tidy with all that they did. I am a very picky person and used to work in the trades. I recommend PK Electric without reservation and will use them again!

I contacted Pk Electric based on many favorable letters written on their behalf by other members of Angie's List. I was ecstatic when they offered me a 7:30 am appointment. Somebody from Pk called me at 7:40 am to inform me that Lonnie had overslept and needed to drive from his residence in Everett to Mercer Island to get his truck and then drive back to Lynnwood. Lonnie arrived at 9:15 Am and got to work but never offered an apology for being two hours late. His quality of work was fine, but his pace was a bit slow. When I complained about this in my original report, Lonnie's supervisor called me right away, apologized, and offered me a partial refund on the labor (thanks Mike). I was very impressed by PK Electric's effort to make things right. It proves that PK Electric thinks of customer satisfaction first and foremost. Based on the quality of work and the excellent customer followup, I would not hesitate to use PK Electric again or recommend them to anyone else.
