They do an excellent job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I needed a ceiling light fixture replaced in the condo unit I rent out. Wanted to have it done before the new tenants moved in which gave me only a two day window. The person I used previously for electrical work was busy and it would have been a stretch for him to get the job done in time. I called PK Electric. They were able to schedule a person in the time window I had available. The electrician (sorry, didn't get his name) called me to let me know he was on schedule and arrived 5 minutes ahead of time. The work was done quickly and very satisfactorily. Overall, it was a good experience, price was very right and the work was done on time and within my schedule. Couldn't ask for more.

Scott's estimate was detailed and thorough; John the technician was proficient and knowledgeable about his craft -- very professional. The work exceeded my expectations; the garbage disposal outlet was a last minute item which was identified as a problem after the initial estimate, but PK included at a reasonable, fair rate and at the same time of the service. No surprises from start to finish; what PK performed the services outlined and then some, and at a competitive rate. I will definitely use PK for any future electrical needs/issues.

They sent someone out who realized some of the connections in the box were loose. He tightened them but the buzzing continued. He could not explain why it was still buzzing but tightened them some more and then left before the heat pump kicked in again so he never tested to make sure his fix worked. Needless to say the buzzing continued to occur each time the heat pump kicked in. I called the company back and indicated the issue was not resolved and they sent someone else out a few days later. He was very nice but could also not explain why the buzzing was occurring other than to say the heat pump was drawing a heavy load which was causing it to surge. When asked what we should do to resolve the issue he had no real suggestions, and did not indicate whether or not it was safe to have this constantly happening. Very frustrating and will be hiring another company to hopefully get someone to actually fix it.

Great overall service. I got their number from Angie's List, called, they were there in a couple of days, on time and fixed everything I had on my list.

Problem: Lights in certain area of the house was flickering, and finally turned off and on repeatedly one night. Went to the circuit board to turn off the breaker, and heard crackling noises. Noise went away after flipping the breaker to off position. Action: Called PK electric for an appointment and quote. Result: Apparently, they sent me a quote but to the wrong e-mail address, causing a delay in response. After calling them the next day, all was rectified after a sincere apology. They dispatched an electrician (Mark) to my residence about 3 hours later. It turned out that the breaker had two wires connected to one post. <ark rectified this by splicing the two tires before reaching the post. He offered to install a new breaker as a precautionary measure, which I approved, but the new unit did not seat itself firmly. Mark showed me how the new unit did not sit right against the "guts" (my words). he explained to me that the old breaker is most likely in good shape, so he recommended that we keep the old one in, as he was not satisfied with the way the new one "sat" (his words). I agreed, and the work was completed. No more arcing, and no flickering lights. Safe house, not fires, no drama.

They are incredibly prompt and can usually send someone over ASAP which they did. Unfortunately, I had trouble understanding the deep Russian accent and broken english of the employee they sent over. The work was eventually done but he had explanations for certain things he did which I could not understand. That did not instill tremendous confidence in me! I have used them before and they were very good but this experience was less than perfect.

A small project turned into a month's worth of appointments and phone calls. Overall, a horrible experience.

Jeff from PK Electric showed up right on time and got the work done by himself in under 3 hours. Jeff did a great job of removing the existing support boxes and light fixtures. He had to climb into my really tight attic to get the new fan boxes and light fixtures installed. Jeff also did a great job of cleaning up after his work including vacuuming my carpet.

Very professional and explained things to me that I could relay to my client about the electrical. I would definitely refer them to my client as the preferred electrical update provider.

I did not have them replace the fan in the bathroom as it was fixed pretty high. My wife handles all the finances. I am an artist so she handles more of the budget. So she would know more about the price. They were pretty professional, and quick. I probably would not use them again as they were little pricey compared to others. As far as their professionalism, courteousness, and the way they present themselves when they show up, they were very good. The quality of their work was very good too. They are a great company a little pricey. Usually we turn to Angies List to find someone willing to give a slightly better deal. Price wise they did not fit that one. But service wise, attitude and professionalism they were excellent.

The repair person was on time, friendly and professional. I had previously had a ceiling fan installed - wiring was done to the room as there was no ceiling light previously in place. The first job was less than perfect (did not get the repair through Angie's List) but I was able to use the fan - even though the wobble factor was pretty extreme in my opinion. It was about a month later that the fan started to turn on all by itself at all hours of the day and night. Concerned, I looked through Angie's List and found PK Electric and they were helpful both on the phone in diagnosis and in getting someone to my home to correct the situation. When the work started it wasn't clear why the fan was turning off and on by itself. I was worried that the wiring that had been done had some kind of short, so the PK Electirc guy checked it out and cleared it as great work. Then he pulled apart the fan to correct the wobbling and completely re installed it - great job! No more wobble at all. Finally, in discussion we figured there must have been another remote in my condominium area that was using the same frequency so he changed both the fan and the remote unit settings so it wouldn't pick up what is the typical frequency. That done, I was a happy camper and have loved having the fan ever since. It was a god send during some hot nights this summer.

They arrived on time, were very professional and patient with my questions and decision making about the new fixture and me running back and forth to Home Depot. The end product works and looks great. I would definitely call on them for future electrical needs.

They arrived on time for both visits and appeared to be efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and were pleasant to deal with both in the scheduling and actual service personnel.

they came late and therefore I needed to leave. fixed problem in 10 minutes. unfortunaetly they had a 1 hr min fee. when I explained the situation to them they were totally cool about it and ended up sending my check back to me... Very rare professionalism at the back end.

The owner responded the same day to my email asking about his services. Andrew came in person to do the estimate within a day. He did the work the next day. This included running wiring up through the inside wall of the house from the main circuit box in the garage, installing an electric outlet for the heater, and he then mounted the heater to the wall, which was above and beyond the electrical work he did. He purchased a thermostat for the unit since it didn't come with one, and also wired and installed that. He was completely professional and gracious throughout the process.

Every time that our outdoor lights come on (at dusk), I say, "Thank You PK Electric!" I had been setting the old time clock for about five years, and so I told the Homeowner's Association that it was time to get a photo cell and to also get some better lighting for our street lot. I met with Scott from PK Electric and he gave me an estimate for the work. We communicated via phone and email to firm up exactly what would be done. Then I got approval from the rest of the HOA Board members and faxed PK a signed proposal. The electricians arrived when they said they would and they were such great workers! I have already received positive feedback from the president of our HOA, who had asked for better lighting at the east lot. And, as I said before, every time those lights turn on at dusk and go out at dawn, I say, "Thank You PK Electric for a job well-done."

Scott came out and gave me an estimate for all of the work described above. We scheduled the job, and Eugene and Jordan performed the installations and removals. They showed up on time, worked until the job was done, and cleaned up after themselves. I had an incorrect part for the fan so Eugene came back to finish that installation once I had received the right part.The job came in just a little over the estimate because of a beam that interfered with the wiring. I was very happy with the final product and impressed that they didn't have to cut any holes in the walls to do the wiring.

It was great. This is the second time I have used this company and I had two great experiences. Everything was fixed and works better than ever. Professionalism was great and the electrician did everything i asked.
