The problem is that they did some work. I asked them if they needed to pull permits and they said no. But then when another electrical company did some electrical work, the inspector came to inspect their work I also asked them to take a look at the work that B & G did in the kitchen just to give us an idea if we needed electrical work. They looked at it and they said that B & G didn't pull the electrical permit for it. But they did the work and I tried to call them back but I couldn't reach them. I plan to call them on Monday to go over why they didn't need to pull the permit. Other than that the work is fine it's just that there are a few things they will have to come back and fix.

He kept telling me that his time is valuable. Every minute is of his time is important. I was told that every item on the list for the inspection would cost extra, which makes no sense, because this deal was for whole house inspection. They left and have never contacted me back to start the work. I have a very small home and I think the job just wasn't big enough for them to do the work.

It went good. It would have been nice if they had sent me the quote sooner. It did take them a while. It was a big deal. It took a while and they were right on time. He did say that he would get the quote to me the next day. I will probably use them to do the work. They were thorough and competent. I think they will be good to do the work because, they planned it out well, and the price was good.

I was quite interesting and strange. What happened was that they couldn’t service the request because they were busy for a long time. Finally I booked the second of October and they didn’t come to do the service until yesterday. That was not very nice and after they looked at what the job was they actually recommended that it not be done. I had a panel that was in good shape and when they looked at it they said it was excellent. They basically charged me a service fee and I ended up getting a refund from Angie’s List.

After our experience dealing with Mr. Davis of B & G Electrical Contracting, we would not hesitate to refer our friends and neighbors for a safety inspection of their premises.
The inspection itself seemingly came so easy to Mr. Davis that it instilled confidence in what we actually needed to give more attention to instead of focusing on minutia...therefore saving time/money.
We felt it was well worth the Groupons price we took advantage of for $49.00 and we were fortunate to have noticed that offer that arrived in our Inbox one day in August 2015. Otherwise, I'm not sure what this safety inspection would cost without the discount but I assure you it is worth the peace of mind.
