Costco has become a staple for my family. We love the high quality of their produce, bakery and meats. We have found so many things there...the diversity of the merchandise is fantastic and always high quality at a good price.

Found and bought nearly all of the items we went to purchase. Costco seems to only purchase a limited number of select items and when they run out there are no more of some of those same items offered, such as books and hardware/automotive goods. On the other hand Costco usually offers the goods and services that they provide and very competitive prices which makes it a good deal for most.

I also took my van to their auto service to put new tires on my van. Because of the size of my tires, I had to pay extra fees. I also had to purchase new hubcaps. The man also told me that I would need all new lugnuts. I went to a dealership to purchase the new lugnuts and he told me he had never heard of having to purchase all new lugnuts after getting new tires, but only one instead of all. I was also told by a friend that the only time you would need to replace lugnuts is when the auto hydraulic remover breaks one and the auto service company should be the one to replace it. I went back to Costco to tell them what I had learned and their service worker replaced just one of the lugnuts at no cost which is all I needed.

I purchased the home carpeting through them. It was a horrible experience, although, the salesman was fantastic. The installers were two hours late. The job stretched so late into the day that I had to stay the night at a friends while they worked on my carpets. I had to give them my only house key to use. I had a lot of trouble getting it back from them as they were not there on time the next day. I could not believe what a terrible job they did at the installation. They told me to just buy some blue tape and mark the areas that needed to be redone. He wanted me to sign off on the papers that the work had been completed, but I refused since they needed to come back and do repairs. I waited a few extra days since it was a holiday weekend to reach out to them, but I had not heard from them so I called. It was an all in all horrible experience. They had to come back three times and the work was still not repaired. The boss of these carpet contractors was very rude to me and didn’t show up for one of his appointments. He told Costco that it was my fault the scheduling date was messed up when he was the one who forgot the appointment. Their customer service had called me to see me how things were going and they were also very rude to me. The boss came one more time after this and did some repairs, but it still looks like unfinished. I am just going to hire another contractor to correctly stretch my new carpet.

They did a good job of what they were doing; they did just an eye exam. They were cheaper in terms of price and that why we went there. I probably would use them in future.

I have been going there for 4 years and there are 2 optometrists that I see.

They are always good and I never had a problem with anyone at Costco. Their quality of service is good and they are very professional.

The people at CostCo are always good. I have never had a problem with any of them. Their prices are generally lower.

We really got a good deal with them and I really like that they never try to add a couple extra dollars on for any other service. The people there are really nice as one time I had them do my car and I noticed a problem. They ended up giving me a free wash inside and out. I like it there.

COSTCO STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE WAIT WAS JUST UNDER 10 MINUTES AND THEY WORKED ON THE CAR RIGHT WAY. THEY HAD IT DONE BY THE TIME WE WERE FINISHED WITH OUR SHOPPING IN COSTCO.
