It is a pre-made building and just put it together. It looks good. They were very good.

On 11/28, I went to Lowe's to purchase a new water heater. I also needed it delivered and installed. The salesman was very knowledgeable about what extra parts I would need for my situation (townhouse, lowboy water heater). He said someone from Danika Plumbing would call me to set up the install appointment. The morning of 11/30 I received a call from Dan stating he could be at my house in an hour and that the install would only take an hour or two. He arrived promptly at 10:00, assessed the job and got to work. The job took an hour and a half. It would have been less, but he needed a special tool that he didn't have, so he had to go buy that. I had a few questions and Dan answered them all. I was very satisfied with the job overall.

I usually go to Lowe’s. I am satisfied with the service that they provide me. If I can’t find anything anywhere else, I’ll go there because they have good stock and supply and, of course, the pricing is reasonable.

I was told that it met the energy efficent requirements for a rebate. When I submitted the rebate, I was turned down and told that it in fact it did not meet the standards. Later, when I had some issues with MayTag concerning the washer I asked if Lowe's would take the washer back and they turned me down. Lowe's told me they would look into it but was certain MayTag wouldn't help. They have since agreed to replace the appliance, so I will not have to keep getting repairs. It took some time speaking with them over the phone, but they have agreed to replace the appliance. The manager was very professional and the issue was resolved very satisfactorially.

This Lowe's in particular had a great selection of hard woods and knowledgeable sales people. The contractors that were hired by Lowe's to do the job were punctual and polite. Work efficiency and end result I would have to say was slightly above average. I did have to call them back after noticing a split plank and visible nail punctures. However, the contractors did respond quickly. Lowe's called back twice to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. For the price, I can't complain compared to the 3 other quotes I got from other companies for the same job. Empire floors was double the quote of Lowe's!

Unfortunately, the entire process after the purchase was long and drawn out. Upon purchasing it, I hired them to install it. It took 2 months for them to show up for the installation. When they did, it was not done correctly nor did they provide the correct trim. Therefore, it took another 6 weeks for them to come back. After this negative experience, I will only purchase minor items from them. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING THAT WOULD BE NEEDED. JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARD THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS SURPERB.
