They were 100% knowledgeable about our chimneys and woodstoves.They were able to fix every issue they found (one of which, an old, crumbling terra cotta flue lining, presented two serious safety issues of house fire and carbon monoxide poisoning). They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. We truly appreciated their professionalism, sense of responsibility, and how much they cared about our safety. We plan to have them come for all future chimney and woodstove servuce.
