Our garage has been falling down for years.  It was built back in the 1960's.  The lights used to flicker and it was always a gamble if the electric door would open or not.  I actually got trapped inside once and a neighbor had to force the door to get me out.  Now, we can turn the garage lights on and off and the door open or shut, from inside our four seasons porch.  Small things mean a lot!
