I think the most important part is he returns phone calls/texts! Some things came up so it messed up the timeline we had (no big deal) and he let us know ahead of time. If you work (or try to) with any sort of contractor, hearing from them is the biggest challenge. Highly recommend - as much as I hate to, they may not be available for our next project if people hear how great they are!"
