"If you want to wait around all day, rescheduling plans and not getting the expected service, schedule with this company. BUT IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT DON?T BOTHER. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. 3 times in a week I was scheduled and then rescheduled for a chimney cleaning and inspection and 4 times they failed to show up!!! At least in the first 3 instances I received a text indicating they were not coming about 1 ½ hours into the scheduled timeframe and they would come later in the day or another day but the 4th time they didn?t show up or notify me they were not coming to do the job. When I called the office on Friday, 12/27 at 6:19 pm to find out when they would arrive, I was told they were done for the day. The employee, Lucas, had no answer as to why they didn?t show up or call to cancel. The supervisor, Stephanie, also had no idea why the technician didn?t show up or call. "I initially, was reluctant to use this service, because they had zero reviews.....but took a chance and decided to give them a try. I received the pre-service e-mail confirmation along with a 2nd notification, on the day of the project. Unfortunately, my pro never showed up. I did not receive a call or an e-mail as you might expect to advise of a change along with an apology, for wasting my time. I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable."
