"We hired them to replace the floor in our living, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. They worked with us to decide what kind/color flooring we wanted, did it in the time frame indicated, cleaned while they worked, were fun to be around, and came in UNDER estimate. I think the most important part is he returns phone calls/texts! Some things came up so it messed up the timeline we had (no big deal) and he let us know ahead of time. If you work (or try to) with any sort of contractor, hearing from them is the biggest challenge. The pics attached are what they faced when they pulled the carpet and the other pic is mid-dining room reno. Highly recommend - as much as I hate to, they may not be available for our next project if people hear how great they are!"

"Hired company to epoxy two car garage. Took them three weeks to complete job because of weather. Initial problem with sanding residue from garage floor ending up on my car parked in the driveway. Brought to attention of owner first thing in the morning. He responded in 10 minutes and took my car to local deluxe car wash. Problem corrected. Job looks very nice. They also sealed some cracks in cinder block foundation. I would hire them again."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with. I was very happy with them and I was happy enough to take a box of doughnuts down each morning to share with them. They were doing a good job and working extra hard under very difficult conditions. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal. I got lower quotes but did not feel that other people understood the problem as well.
