UPDATE: This is a follow up report - a few weeks ago Cabot had 5.5 inches of rain. Our basement was dry, yes dry! Matt Basement fix worked! I can not express my amazement at the now workable basement. Any little item that might have normally caused me to write a lesser review certainly got over shadowed by this. Sure there little odds and ends that might have have been done a tad better but going from what was a disaster to this! It was outstanding to see a dry and workable cellar after years of flooding!
