"Jenkins Construction of Lancaster just finished up remodeling our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The country home was almost 40 years old and looked every bit of it. They first had to tear out and replace part of the wallboard in the kitchen that had been damaged by water leakage. Then they had to remove wallpaper in the bathroom. Both of those were time consuming. Things moved along quickly after that. Both rooms were painted and new flooring installed. They also put in a new toilet, kitchen faucet, light fixture, and range hood. They were on time everyday and worked about 8 hours. The guys were very detailed as there was a lot of trim to remove and put back. The whole project was finished in about the time and at about the cost I had been given. Clean up was excellent everyday. Super pleased with their work and would hire them again."

"Mr. Foote replaced my old cabinets with new ones, added a dishwasher, fixed the ceiling in the dining area, he also turned my kitchen closet into a laundry room;. He did fabulous work; is very professional. He kept me informed of what he was going to do each day, was prompt in being at my house on time and flexible with my work schedule, of which I very much appreciative. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

"Had a full replacement done. Damage was found to the leading boards across the entire front and half of the back. All repairs were done without extra charge. The crew was courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. Quote was slightly higher than one other company and nearly the same as a third quote in the area but the peace of mind that repairs were going to be made without extra charge was well worth it. Also includes a two year service for any issues. Sales person spent two hours in our home giving us the details before we signed the contract. I would strongly recommend."

"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy. We will definitely have them back to do other projects that we need around the house. The crew was very friendly and efficient."

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.
