When we arrive at the customer's home, they are greeted by a professional craftsmen in uniform and driving a company vehicle. "Requested an estimate to install a shower door on 1/5/21. Contractor arrived and delivered estimate 1/8/21; price was fair. Given a rough date of "late January early February" for install. They cashed the deposit check early and didn't contact me until I reached out on 2/1/21. I was then told the install date would be 2/22/21, but I would be contacted if they could move it up. No contact received, so I called back 2/2/21, was told they couldn't change the schedule, so I cancelled the service and was informed I'd be charged a 10% cancellation fee even though they missed their own estimated timeline. Definitely won't go anywhere near this "service" again. Out 10% and wasted a month for absolutely nothing."

We've been cleaning windows since 1970. We specialize in hard to reach windows and storm windows. We also clean gutters and pressure wash driveways, vinyl siding, concrete, wood porches and etc. We have all the tools that are required to get the job done, and we offer 100% satisfaction.

"I called and spoke to David at 12:36 and requested a quote for cleaning my sidewalk, deck, wall facing the deck and patio and then another quote for cleaning all of my windows (14) from the outside only. He arrived 45 minutes later and quoted me a price of $200.00 for all that work. He also communicated that the gutters looked like they needed cleaning out (which they had not been cleaned since last year and a lot of leaves had filled them up). He performed that work for me also for a cost of $75.00. He and Kevin went to work immediately and 2 hours and 15 minutes later they had completed a wonderful job. I would highly recommend their services and will absolutely be requesting their services again in the future."

He comes when he says he will and does what he says he'll do. The chemicals he used did a fantastic job and it smells so clean outside! He's honest and upfront- we trust him. He will tell you if something shouldn't be washed or if something isn't needed. We have a retaining wall that's older, is crumbly from moisture, and had moss growing on it. He gently washed that retaining wall and we can't believe the difference! Matt takes pride in his work and makes sure you're satisfied with the job. I noticed on social media that Extreme Clean cleaned a school playground for free, to give back to the community! You can tell there is a servant's heart driving the Extreme Clean company.
