This vendor was dishonest from A to Z: dishonest as to when a paid-for ordered item would actually be received ("2-3 days" verses reality of 2 weeks), dishonest about how we would receive it ("we'll ship it right to you" vs "no, we don't ship- you have to come pick it up"), dishonest in that the item (when we did pick it up) did not actually work at all, and finally- dishonest when we returned the item within a few days and they tried to disregard the "money back guarantee" and not give us our money back! I will NEVER deal with these guys again. It's a shame- Oreck used to make a quality product. I believe Mr. Oreck sold the co. a while ago, and it is clear that what they sell now is absolutely made-in-China junk.

I left vacuum for simple repair. A month later no call. Upon calling we were told that the vacuum was repaired. We went to the store twice to pick it up and each time it was not ready. Unbelievable.
