I do run a 24 hr emergency call and that will run you $85 minimum. I do contract pricing but also hourly as well. Depending on the job, if I need additional help I will run up to 2 employees, however its mostly myself, this is another reason my rates are most reasonable. Typically I require upon contract 1/2 the total bill up front and the remaining balance upon completion. I offer free estimates, $25 Service Fees, 100% satisfaction and a friend for life.
