I scheduled a Home Inspection, and the inspection was done the next day. The report was received in less than 48 h.

Mark C was my inspector. He was amazing and listened. Answered questions without hesitation. He walked us through the whole process explaining everything he was doing and why. If I ever need them again I will glad hire them again. Absolutely no regrets.

We loved him, he showed me things that were really important. We asked him questions and he did mot mind answering them, even ones that didn’t have anything to do with the inspection. Davon Creek is his name and I will recommend him to everyone…the inspection report came the next day and was very thoroughly put together.

Michael Hales with next day inspect exceeded my expectation. He was thorough and his report is helping us make an informed decision. He was also very friendly and I stuck around for the inspection and got quite an education. We have not made a final decision on the purchase as it may be death by A thousand cuts and we are still waiting on the estimate repair report. Do not wave your inspections! While at the inspection the dishwasher was turned on and started leaking in the basement of the property we were inspecting and if we had waved our inspections we never would have known about the issue! It was also Michael's opinion that there might be an issue with the sump pump in the basement. Again we would not have known that without an inspection.

The office staff was responsive and ensured all aspects of the day went smoothly (sending reminders, providing details on the inspector that would support us). We worked with Rhonda Leib for both inspections and her knowledge, willingness to discuss and teach us about getting our home up and running was top tier! She was extremely timely, detailed in her observations, and provided excellent support. I would highly recommend her and her team for service!
